So far I have been pretty impressed by this game and for a mobile counterpart of the emergency series of games it’s pretty good. Something I would like to see in the next update is perhaps a button in the audio section that would allow someone to change between the U.S style sirens and the German style sirens. Overall good game, keep up the good work!

I’m a retired EMS helicopter pilot. This game is just so good, wonderful graphics depicting scenery typical go Germany. Well done!

Love the game! Only thing is that I wish you could change the emergency lights to red for the fire department and ambulances and red and blu for police. Just like you can change the siren would be great to change the color as well. That’s the only thing that is missing.

I love this game. My only thing is that I want to be able to log into my nintindo account on my phone. There isnt an option. It needs to be better on my nintindo. I love it on my phone and I get more missions than my nintindo.

This game is perfect but if you want to buy something, it’s so expensive.

Lately the past several days, I’ve been doing 1v1 missions. When I go to cut a person out of a vehicle, it shows it’s done but the patient doesn’t show for treatment and it doesn’t allow me to tow the vehicle. It prevents me from completing the streak every time I try.

Please stop with the 15+ minute missions!!! It’s super annoying and they always drag on and make you not want to play the game. Missions should be 10-12 minutes max.

The game was amazing for so long, but now there was some update that made advertisements come up when starting missions, instead of only watching them to get rewards. I wouldn’t be opposed to this if there was an option to buy an ad free experience; however, there is no option to stop ads no matter how much money you spend. According to a developer response any purchase will remove the advertisements. Rating adjusted.

Children will love this

So I wish you could buy diamonds with coins so you do not have to pay or watch ads and bring back paying diamonds with money

Love the game so far and I’m playing it even though it crashes every minutes or so. I’m playing on a iPad mini so it might be my device.

I love this game and I mostly play the 1v1 levels as it’s a lot more fun competing against someone else. Will h that being said, something has to be done about the boys and the cheating users are doing. I lay out my units and before I can get my first task complete, the other person has 15 of 40 tasks complete. And I lay out my units to tackle several things at once. I’m blown away that people have to cheat at a free game to win things, it ruins the fun. Id also like to see different missions.

This game is amazing g. As a first responder I have looked for a game which is multi faceted and allows me full co trip, this is it. No better game.

This game is awesome but I only got a mission that requires the swat unit. I wanted to use it but it never came. I was trying to get a swat mission for almost 7 months. Please make the spawn rates of a swat mission higher. Otherwise this is a great game and I like it.

As fun as this game is, the variety gets old. Especially as things get dull. We used to have a British siren, an American siren, among others however not anymore! It would be a wonderful idea to bring back the different sirens they made the game more intriguing and exciting!

Let me start out by saying I love this Game!!! But PLEASE it’s like Groundhog Day the same missions over and over WHEN are there going to be new areas on the map and NEW MiSSIONS!!!!! I’ve completed them ALL with the highest medals so now what??? And once you reach the maximum money and there is no new stuff to buy for the town then making the money is now pointless and there is nothing left to do but play the same missions again and again …..Please fix this or I will stop playing the game

I love the game so much and I want the developer to see this I would like a interactive training area for your vehicles boats etc. also would like a mini map of te area and were the fireman and ems k9 etc that would Save a lot time

I have been playing this game for over two years without issue. The resent update has made it extremely difficult for me to keep playing. I enjoy the new 1v1 play but i am experiencing a crazy amount of lag and connection issue with the server. I keep getting kickoff after winning a match on 1v1 and losing my winning streaks.

The issue that makes this game annoying and unfair and not fun is the 1v1s. I have played many and a few of them I won and it still said I lost. When I reached out to support they were not helpful at all. The 1v1s need to be by rank so low players are not facing high rank players as that is unfair for a new player.

The victory sound doesn’t play in some cases, but rather the failure sound. The button layout has also changed unexpectedly, making it harder for those with small screens to tell their units to retreat. Without bringing up the help dialogue.

1 v 1 game, no freaking way this is fair, the system was fine on points but now it’s just number of things completed and not how it’s done, I’ve played twice and I’m usually one of the top players, now gonna park this game now, sorry folks

I have been playing this game for a while now and it is still fun. The creators often send out bug fixes and upgrades. If sims are your thing, you will really enjoy this.

This is best game I do even no what to say 10/1,0000 the best game but I will like it more if I get the blue thing

I love this game it is very good but the price for the helicopters is too expensive 99 emeralds I can’t even make 50

The game is great, the missions are fun although some more so than others. I enjoy the 1v1 feature too! It’s one of the only games I’ve not deleted after playing for a few days. Also, it isn’t hard to play for free although you miss out on some of the cool extra stuff.

This game is really very good, I especially like it, but the only bad thing is that there is no Chinese. Can I add Chinese in the new version?

Y’all should add a police K-9 unit

Love this game but I would like to see more missions like a shark attack and one more thing I wish that in an update you guys could make a feature that would allow the firemen to enter a burning building with a o2 tank on to rescue victims please think about these things and please respond back

I really love this game, I’ve had it for a year now.

Please add room to grow. We have been at the same topped out level for quiet a long time

Every weekend there’s some technical issues with this game. I’m not sure if they’re updating every week or what but the game is really good & fun & honestly doesn’t need any adjustments. I wasn’t a fan of the weekend competition last week. Now the game isn’t loading past 5%, on my phone or my iPad. Please fix it & stop adjusting the game. It’s good just the way it is

Can we make this a bit more like emergency 4? That is in there’s no limit on vehicles we can dispatch as long as we have them, and when they are on scene we can stage them were ever we want the vehicles and people? I understand EM 4 and EM 5 won’t ever be on mobile but this would be somewhat more helpful and fun. Thanks!

This game is amazing like I can save people put out fires but because of the update I can’t play anymore because it will not install. Please fix this.

This game has great graphics and is fun but in order to advance and build you would have to SPEND SPEND SPEND….to bad

I love this game but I wish there was unlimited missions and you did not have to wait for you to get new missions

This game is great but it’s unrealistic because in real life you would lose one or two people on some calls so the you have to save everyone is unrealistic don’t get me wrong that’s the goal but sometimes you can’t save everybody

This game is a really fun and challenging game! It might make it more fun if we could have the firefighters put on breathing apparatuses and fight fires and rescue people from inside the burning buildings!
