It will be nice if the app was iPad friendly (larger screen rendition).

The app is functional, but not up to current experience standards. It feels more like a web app, vs a true native app. Lots of spinners and loaders.

This app has been very easy for me and my wife to use. We was able to navigate easy as first time users.

Emirates is a well funded airline high quality infrastructure. Well connected the app is decent. But there are few things that are very bothersome. When all the well heeled apply payers travel they use Apple Pay with Amex or other cards in it. Emirates tries to take money from personal card instead of the business cards like Amex. This is a shame forcing people to enter the numbers etc. App doesn’t remember anything my name etc and the frequent flyer miles has to go to the website etc. I hope s

Had to check in from website not working in the app Also can’t able to download the boarding pass for the application, had done it with the website.

Currently you can’t search by flexible dates when trying to book an award flight. If you try to do it you get the error “Sorry, something went wrong. The service is unavailable due to some technical problems’. It’s been like this for a week.
