Wonderful airline; terrible app.
The app doesn't sync through icloud (or any other cloud service), meaning that if like me, you have several devices, you can end up with differing—or no—info on each device. The app also won’t save future trips if there’s no frequent flyer number on the reservation and/or your name doesn’t “match” their records. Match? Their system combines my first and middle names into one name, and no matter how I try, I can’t figure out what they consider to be my “correct” name. Useless and frustrating.
Not bad
It’s not a bad app but sometimes it can glitch out.
Seat selection
I keep getting error every time I try to choose my seats. It’s been 3 weeks now !!
iPad friendliness
It will be nice if the app was iPad friendly (larger screen rendition).
Not very robust, feels like a web app
The app is functional, but not up to current experience standards.
It feels more like a web app, vs a true native app.

Good but restrictive and inconvenient
Emirates is a well funded airline high quality infrastructure. Well connected the app is decent. But there are few things that are very bothersome. When all the well heeled apply payers travel they use Apple Pay with Amex or other cards in it. Emirates tries to take money from personal card instead of the business cards like Amex. This is a shame forcing people to enter the numbers etc. App doesn’t remember anything my name etc and the frequent flyer miles has to go to the website etc.

Lots of bugs needs some updates
Had to check in from website not working in the app
Also can’t able to download the boarding pass for the application, had done it with the website.
Flexible date search is broken
Currently you can’t search by flexible dates when trying to book an award flight. If you try to do it you get the error “Sorry, something went wrong. The service is unavailable due to some technical problems’. It’s been like this for a week.
REALLY BUGGY
I THINK THE FINANCIER OF LOCKBIT 3.0 HAS COMPROMISED YOUR APP AND, IT’S INSANITY….
