I, really appreciate how I,was treated as a customer, when I,requested,a ride with,Empower. My wait time was, 3 minutes, he punctual,he greeted me , had nice conversation, was courteous at, the end of the ride, made you feel safe, they way those , drivers were driving!He took all precautions, to make sure I, was safe and the ride was, comfortable.Thank you! God sent!😃CrazeAwsome

Ride was great, he was good but the smell of these rides is stinky

This particular driver, he was really nice. He went over and beyond to make sure he did everything right and even when he made a mistake, he immediately apologize on me and got caught back on it. I was very well, please.!! I didn’t have enough time but if I get them again, I’ll make sure I see him. He was young, but he was focused. He was driven. Great ride.

Good price but service is def not the same

The drivers arrives early, is cheaper and you can find a driver easily.

Great service. Maps need improvement

Map could be improved, but overall good and decent prices and quality drivers. Sometimes you are waiting a lot longer than estimated time from the map but it is improving.

I am annoyed at the frequency of notifications that are advertisements for discounts, etc. I don’t need ride sharing that often and am sick of getting notifications from the app all the time for no reason. Also during my most recent trip I selected a female driver and the original driver cancelled and was matched with a male driver. The driver was great, but this is not as promised.

At first I recommended this app to everybody now I recommend them to stop using the price jumping on here at the very last mi Ute before your transaction goes through is next level diabolical. I know that empower is not suppose to be operating in DC and I promise to email the proper authorities about you guys
