First time to Valencia, and unsure about how to use the bus system. After boarding, bus driver helped us with the name of the app. After quickly downloading it and registering with credit card, bought 6 tickets for my group without any delays or issues. It was helpful to have the app tell you not to activate ticket until boarding; they last for one hour (you get unlimited transfers during the duration of the ticket).
