The application doesn’t work since last week, I can’t access into it. But the website is working fine.

It was a bit confusing at first but once I figured out how to switch between multiple properties, it was a breeze. I love this app. Shows how much you use daily and even gives you outage notifications and updates. I’m telling you it’s a good one!!!

Every month when I go in to pay my bill, the app has to be updated? How ridiculous is this?

I’ve been trying to get the app to open for several days. I checked for updates (there are none), I checked for an updated app (there isn’t one), I uninstalled and reinstalled the Entergy app - but it still will not open. It just has a ‘loading circle’ at the bottom of the screen. I called Entergy today to report this and they told me it’s probably just my phone. However, neither my husband or several friends of our can access their app. Soooo I believe the app has crashed.. can someone fix th

Since the last update, the app won’t open after you sign in, it just sits there buffering. I have an iPhone 14.

App has quit working altogether. Read a review that explains my rating. Fix it or delete.
