Very professional, seamless transaction, great customer service

My wife and I had to cancel our flight to Florida due to government shutdown and needed to rent a vehicle. It is a 13hr drive so we wanted a comfortable vehicle. The young lady at the Newburgh, IN location (Sara) was amazingly patient with us and let us sit in several vehicles. Ultimately we upgraded to an Suv for the drive and the vehicle was clean and performed well averaging 35mpg. Thanks for a great experience Sara!

Enterprise rental is top notch and the staff at the San Francisco, Ca Richmond District located on Geary Blvd are friendly, professional, kind, and their sequence of service is premier.

I have rented her every other week for who knows how long and feel like I’ve watched the steady stream of employees graduate up the Enterprise Family Layercake of Occupational levels. Everyone has been courteous, professional, pleasant, communicative and cooperative. It is always great experience renting vehicles with Enterprise. Easy booking, payment at the counter, excellent customer service over the phone if there are issues or in person problems while picking the vehicle. Option of saving points that give us free days for the next reservation.
