I’ve had mixed results using this app with iPhone 14 Pro Max. Frustrating trying to create listings at times. I’ve done my part reporting all the issues for sometime now, but with not much success. Their support has suggested that I NOT use the app. What!? I’ve been told to use the website, which I switched my workflow to, but it has just as many problems. Since the last couple of updates I am no longer able to print from within the app. I have a newer UTD iPhone, the latest Esty software and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix :(

I am so pleased that Etsy now has an option for local pickup/delivery since I sell many things locally.

At first I was very reluctant to change from the old version because I could find everything easily. But I started using the New version I love it so much easier to find and make changes in my store. Everything is very assessable.

I’m having a very hard time uploading photos to my listings

Ok if you only want to check out your sales on the home page. Don’t click to view “Etsy ads” page. You’ll be stuck on that page because back arrow link ( top left) doesn’t work. You have to remove the app and download again from App Store to get back to the home page.

I have purchased the Scotto’s Cookies three times and was disappointed that the majority of the cookies came all broken up. My third delivery was EXCELLENT! The packaging used this time allow the cookies to come and look just like the picture that made me order them. I’m very satisfied with this order. KEEP USING A LOT OF THE BUBBLE WRAP TO PROTECT ALL ORDERS. THANK YOU SATISFIED CUSTOMER

This app is really coming along. The functionality is almost there but I am still using the old app also. I would highlight the order number in the old app so I could copy paste into my order history (separate excel file for tax purposes). Could you make the order number in the new app able to be highlighted so I can copy/ paste it?

This sellers app is so much better than the other Etsy sellers app! I do have a few requests or recommendations! On the occasion selection can you add an option for (any occasion) would be helpful! Being able to select more than one gemstone would be amazing! Maybe some more themes and styles??

5 stars because I love Etsy but I’m honestly not a fan of this app. I prefer the old one and wish they would remove the banner to download the new app because I don’t want to use it. Its not as user friendly as the original app. There’s really no reason they can not just make changes and add new features to the old app. I personally don’t see any benefit to using it. It doesn’t work for me.

This version is more laggy and slow than the previous one and for that reason I’m still going to use the older Etsy seller app.

I’ve been on here for about 2 years now! And randomly they pulled down my best selling item for going against seller policy, I emailed 4 separate times to try and understand what the issue was and how I could fix it and they never responded or elaborated. Having only gotten messages back from their AI email bot.

I don’t know what update happened recently but I’m unable to print packing slips or package receipts directly from the app. It’s frustrating to say the least and I hope they fix it soon.

Since update can’t print orders or packing slips via phone or iPad. Trying to use browser and it opens the app and of course can’t print from app so have to delete the app, use browser to print then reinstall app for other functions of app - of course can’t reach any help at Etsy either about the problem :(
