Never failed for me to charge. Easy & Simple. Just plug 🔌 & Go!

App is nice and works well with their newer Delta chargers. Unfortunately I have had a lot of issues charging on their older BTC Power chargers. Maintenance or replacement of these older chargers is necessary.

I hadn’t been here in two years. It worked like I hadn’t missed a beat. So glad it fired right up and charged my new car.

I love the network. They are maintained fairly well and repair time is adequate. But something is wrong with the app that sometimes it just does not show your session charging power over time chart, your estimated cost, and kWhrs charged below the chart. I really believe that’s a feature that needs fix g for ev owners that are EV nerds as well as new owners trying to learn and min max their ev charging curve. Also limit charging to 80% on peak times and or when all stations s are full. Dri

Always had good luck here. The EVgo app works every time and even tho it’s only 50kw it works….

Evgo is great mostly! The only issue I really have is that there needs to be more available charging stations, single ones, multiple ones, and they always need to be working. People shouldn’t be out here having to fight over charging stations, or have to wait 45 minutes until someone else is finished charging. Tesla doesn’t seem to have that problem. So more stations, more chargers, and make sure they are always working please!

This location is awesome. You can do some shopping while your vehicle is charging.

After setting up application things became easier. Be mindful to read all directions before attempting to charge your vehicle.

My first time using EVgo. Love it.

For some reason I can’t see my payment cards that I put in the app do I always have to call customer service to see which one is selected before I can charge . It wasn’t like that before and I’m not sure how it changed all of a sudden . I even tried deleting and downloading the app again but the option still isn’t there . So as I said before great app except for that one issue .

Mostly reliable, need more technicians to get down sites back up. Lots of sites in DFW have been down for months

Limit fast chargers to charge up to 80%. Tried Electricity America for the first time and it made the process fast and no waiting with the cutoff at 80%. EVgo often has too many fleet vehicles or others unfamiliar charging to 100% making it a bad user experience for everyone else to wait way longer. Also app isn’t always updated, have a fast charger that often say available but never working for anyone

I manage a fleet and need to submit receipts to clients. When I view a previous transaction, your app is no longer letting me scroll down to see the total cost of the charge. FIX IT
