Terrific location near subway and Whole Food and CVS in Chelsea. Yasmin at front desk was super helpful getting us checked into room with minimal wait despite the long weekend rush and sold out hotel. Room with landmark view on 35th floor was new, clean and comfy especially the bed. Will recommend to anyone for short stay.

This app was better when it had the functionality to add trip elements to a calendar. Somehow that was lost with this update.

Property was clean and maintained. Front desk was very friendly and efficient

On the downside, I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for them to have a car for me. On the upside, they did give me about a 25% credit.

We have stayed here for the past 3 years and always enjoy our stay! The pools and activities for the young grandsons are outstanding! We look forward to our stay again next summer!

No customer service phone number listed in app. I finally found a number and spoke to a fellow in India. God forbid if you have a problem while traveling. Better to book directly if you can.

I stayed in the jacuzzi suit. Would not expect such a clean and wonderful experience from a Super 8.

This hotel was truly spotless and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were extremely pleased with the surroundings and modern amenities.

The hotel is is centrally located. Great and helpful staff. Clean and quiet. If you’re trying to do some work and need wifi. This is the wrong hotel, zero Wifi, you might get some Wifi in the lobby.

I canceled my flight within 24 hours and got the refund very quickly, not sure whether it was due to the bank or Expedia, but at least I got my money back.

When I picked up my Avis rental the car was dirty and a piece of the undercarriage was hanging down.

This app is not friendly use. I can’t find my booked trips in this app. Very frustrated to use this app.

Harry was the best. My entire family felt comfortable. Our guide went out of his way to make sure we had enough water and snacks and rest stop visits. We had so much fun!

Expedia is great tool for traveling as you can make arrangements for motels/hotels when you get to the area you are stopping at. It takes the stress off of you.

Its been a simple hassle free way for our family to choose summer vacations. It’s the best travel site to use in my opinion.

The Hilton Monona is fine but more akin to the roadside Hiltons at half the price. The location and quality of staff, structure added cost for parking simply don’t justify the price for the room.
