I have been an Express member for years and years… half of the time this app is down or it freezes or it needs some type of refresh. Half the time I have to delete it from my iPhone and then re-download it to get it to work. When it actually works, it’s awesome but I hate how half of the time it’s down. For instance, I can’t even check my Express Next credit card right now because the system is down. That’s not very customer service friendly if you ask me. I just have to keep checking back to se
