Express never fails, good quality clothes my favorite store to shop.

I have been an Express member for years and years… half of the time this app is down or it freezes or it needs some type of refresh. Half the time I have to delete it from my iPhone and then re-download it to get it to work. When it actually works, it’s awesome but I hate how half of the time it’s down. For instance, I can’t even check my Express Next credit card right now because the system is down. That’s not very customer service friendly if you ask me. I just have to keep checking back to se

I like the app because it reminds me of sales in real time instead of in an email. I can see my Express cash and how to get more of it. I never miss a quiz and posting a review with picture is simple when you use the app. By the way, reviews with pictures earn the most cash.

U need to show order details with amount paid on every item on the app just like the email And the app needs scrolling bug fixing as well

The app had bugs that were effecting the log in but they have fixed it. I love express and the app makes it so much easier to shop
