Very half assy when it comes to working . Keep getting a certificate pinning error, unsure what that means honestly.

I like it. Only use fuel in rentals. But this is nice when I do need to.

Great app but can someone update the app to show the prices at each station on the apps map please I would switch from shell to Exxon permanently if so. Please add that 1 feature then the app is PERFECT

Yes I do enjoy the payment method thru the app

The app is well done. Uncluttered and easy to navigate. I prefer instant loyalty discounts over the accumulating, future use style Exxon uses. But it works fine and redeeming rewards is simple.

The only issue I’ve had is trying to change out when my card expired it been a problem It should be as simple as updating your expiration but it’s not. I had to change my cell phone number not it don’t show so I cannot get a code I need to add new payment method. I’ve had to call Exxon mobile to get number changed over on that side now I still can’t change it on app. I’m gonna call rewards folks tomorrow or the number the app says call. I love the concept but I’ve had a couple of instances where I had to go in side to pay and it didn’t get posted to my account. There should be a way to add receipts for times like that.

Very easy and convenient to use!

Have tried all kinds of things. Including different Browsers. The recipe will not automatically send to email. The “Email Receipt” Icon in the transaction history is useless or dead which ever. This stop working 2 months ago. I have spoke to & written emails regarding.

The old version never logged me out remembered my default card and was just better. Would be nice to see current gas prices in the app.

Mobile app works on and off. I’m at a gas station right now and it just isn’t working. I also don’t understand why we can’t just tap pay with Apple and tag it to our rewards. I will start seeking gas stations that offer modern payment methods.
