Fabletics: Premium Activewear App Reviews

This is the first time I’m using the app. I was sold the service the last time I was in a store. I found the app to be very non-intuitive. And the whole concept of platinum rewards. We have to wait nine weeks if you want to order it today you can’t unless your platinum member makes absolutely no sense. Very weak.

Hi, I love Fabletics and have been shopping at Fabletics for about 10 years now. Lately I have seen a lot of cute tops that I would normally be interested in buying but then I realize they are crop tops :/ I dont feel comfortable showing my mid section at the gym and prefer not to get that kind of attention when I am working out. If possible, can we have a crop top and a longer version for all shirts? I think that would widen your audience and get more customers to buy more products. Thanks!

the app has always had constant bugs and problems. it would be nice to be in my favorites and for it not to go back to the top whenever i click on an item and go back to view all favorites. sometimes i will click a color and all of the other colors disappear. when you in favorite or unlike an item it takes a few seconds before you can exit out because of the notification at the top of the screen saying you have now unliked the item. great product but not a great app

The amount of updates to this app, is excessive to say the least. Definitely makes it hard for me to quickly jumpstart my online shopping. Resulting in me, navigating away from the app to update.. and not returning for months.

I’m a costumer since 2018, today I experienced a error in my shipping (wrong address by my fault), I call the costumer service, and they add up the right address in a few minutes!!! Perfect store, perfect clothes and perfect customer care as always! Thank you, thank you!

I hate that you can’t select an item and see all of the available colors. It is so tedious to have to keep scrolling and scrolling. I usually just give up looking.

I used to be an avid user of Fabletics back in 2020-2022. Used to be a VIP but when I tried to cancel my VIP access because I don’t “shop” here enough maybe once every three months, they ignored my first request to cancel it so I paid another 2 months after I requested the cancel. And now they only have App access for VIP members and force everyone else to use the Website version for “an exceptional experience” but I can’t even find the shorts page on this “exceptional” website.
