I like the idea of the app. My mom is in a retirement home and loves her gazette. It helps keep the bond alive when you live far away from your loved ones. But it is outdated. You can’t have emojis, you can’t thumb a post, you a can’t comment on a post. A post with pictures is restricted to a couple of sentences long, the layout and look & feel are very basic.

What a great idea! My father is in a care home a hugely appreciates the photos and updates he gets in a format that works for him.

My dad is an android user can he participate in this too?

This would be great except that the product was not delivered. The company has not responded to queries regarding why they haven’t delivered the gazette. Very disappointed. Updates: The US postal code system differs from others with the placement of the zip code. An option to indicate that would make it quite easy. The company was very cooperative when they contacted us and they reprinted the first two gazettes and they have been delivered.

Famileo permet à toutes les petites-filles de mes grands-parents de partager les moments de vie, maintenant que nous habitons loin de notre ville natale. Les gazettes sont toujours bien faites et reçues rapidement. L’application est facile à utiliser. Et les messages qui nous rappellent qu’il est temps d’ajouter quelques photos sont sympas et surtout utiles. Merci pour cette belle initiative, qui réchauffe le coeur de papi!

Le concept est super et l’appli très agréable. Par contre il y a un bug autour des notifications qui fait qu’on est obligé d’ouvrir l’app deux fois avant que la notification disparaisse : c’est odieux. Donc je recommande de désactiver les notifications.

Nous aimons beaucoup cet appli. Et la belle mère aime bien la gazette mensuel. Nous avons appris que c’est possible de commander une livre qui regroupe toute l’année mais nous aimerions aussi la possibilité de commander un calendrier aussi. Possible? Merci!

5 stars if I can repost past gazettes. Alzheimer’s patients need certain photos and tedious descriptions repeated over and over again. This app forces u to create that every week. Need the ability to repeat past gazettes. Also to post multiple pictures at once without a comment. It’s a huge job as is.
