Dollar general app is much better because even though they says stuff is in stock, it is not. But I would also like to see what is in stock at family dollar store then going in and it’s nothing in stock

The stores are getting better while the customers just keep getting worse. The store on the WestSide is the WORST!!! The 1 on Genesse St.. isn’t Sooo BAD!!& the 1 on ALBANis Good just alil CRzy!!

Deberían de tener una lista donde uno va añadiendo lo que va a comprar y su total ( si hay cupones que te reste y te de el total) así sería más fácil utilizar los cupones como otras app

Appnis mostly ok. Clipping coupons takes too many steps to do, and there appears to be a bug where a the coupon below the one selected gets clipped. When you tap on the item below that shows clipped on the main list, it doesn’t show as clipped any longer.

The ap for coupons isn’t user friendly!!

This app needs a list so we can see what the totals would be with coupons .

This store is always clean and stocked full of everything you need. Randy is an excellent manager and his employees are always kind and personable I will never go to Dollar General store ever again. Our town loves this store.

Great app, but for some reason it doesn’t work when I’m using it in the store. So, I make do clipping coupons in the parking lot.

Store is always clean and employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any of your needs. Prices are average. They are high everywhere though. Love the $5 off Saturday coupons.

I’d like to see more to it but no problems to speak of.

I’m trying to find out how to be in contact with a live customer service representative. Because I did a little shopping yesterday to used my $5 coupon and I didn’t get it 😶 I would like to know why? Can someone please help me with this issue.

I am a shopper that truly appreciates the five dollar off when I spend 25 on Saturday but the store staff is stressed to the limit. I I live on a budget, so it is important to me to get the best bang for my buck but I sometimes drive 5 miles to another store in hopes of getting a smile and being appreciated as a customer. Some of the old-timers at the store need a refresher course. and and a shake off of attitude.

Great incentive to shop @ Family Dollar! Allows you to assist others in need and the other coupon deals makes other products affordable to do just that. I love my local family dollar and the staff.

Coupons don’t always work need to be done multiple times to makes sure ur getting all coupons

It seems they carry name brand products snd an alternative thst msy be less expensive. Very organized store and a little better level than Dollar Tree or Dollar Store!

For a few weeks the store was looking much better than before, but I came in today, no room for customers to walk in the isle way because stock was sitting waiting to be placed on shelves. Maybe it was a off day, I will check later to see if what I experienced last month was a fluke, one thing I think is rude when you’re at the register customers you’re supposed to be help not listening to your personal phone call that was rude today

I’ve only been in a couple of times but the workers are very friendly and the store is always nicely organized and clean !!

I love family dollar, they usually have what I need, the prices are very fair and the quality is very good for the price. They have good selections of things and the store is fairly clean!

Love Your coupons

Unable to clip any coupons

I have yet to be able to see or load any coupons. Keeps popping up “Try Again. Unauthorized”. I’ve updated this app 2 times now. And still can not do anything on it.

Keeps saying unauthorized when I try to clip coupons or browse the app in general. Not sure what’s going on. I’ve never had problems before. Hope it gets fixed. Besides this issue app is normally good

Coupons are great, but the app itself ALWAYS crashes and has errors. It would be great if the app would actually work when I need it to! When I clip coupons it clips the one underneath it, not the one I clicked. It’s very time consuming and that’s when the app works! App doesn’t work most of the time!! Needs MAJOR bug fixes!

Would be great if there were a ‘list’ feature for scanning items in store and being able to keep track of pricing/coupons while shopping. Also the coupons show no expiration dates since the lates update. Would be helpful if it didn’t go back to the top of coupons list every time you go back.
