I can take control of tracking my families immunization, Drs apps, illnesses, etc. Drs have their own apps I realize but this all in one place is so much easier. It’s my mom piece of mind. Thank you for years of this app!!!

I love this ap. I take care of my elderly, divorced parents and this ap makes it easy. I can store all info for everyone of us , including them, and have all information in one place . The only thing keeping it from one star is the ability to "override" only the pieces you need. Like when daddy has new meds, or they change dosages, or has a new surgery. I update my phone but can only export and upload the whole family history which overrides the ones stored in my hard drive. Please make th

Just what I needed It contains everything I need in one place. It has everything from meds to blood type to insurance type and more. You choose how much or how little you want to share. You can even connect it to your family’s app for emergencies

This app has been very useful. All my medical info in one place. However an area for comment in each category would be very helpful. For example to note the time of day when BP taken and when a med was started. Right now only a date can be listed.

Got this for my wife, now she's got all our family's health records in her pocket at all times. Can't live without it!

Too many things in another language. Data entry is somewhat clumsy with huge field just for a first name. That equals too many taps to get things done. I don't see anywhere to enter height.

After 3 moves I finally feel like all our medical information is on one place! The immunization records for children is especially helpful and easy to use. Thank you to the creator for getting me organized!!

This is a great app to gather information but as others have said could use more to make it great. Would like to be able to pick doctors from my contacts for diagnostic examinations.

Perfect to track all my family members medical information. Password protection is a key feature. Precompiled sections and export functionality for backup are great

Like this app but it needs a section that let's you list which diseases you have. The infectious disease section doesn't help for this.

I'd give this app 5 stars if their export format wasn't proprietary. It needs a .csv format that is compatible with many spreadsheet programs.

Would love to see Hospital stay categories. Example my son fractured his skull but didn't have surgery. Would like to have this category to record when he was in the hospital.
