I love how I can shop all my panthers and warriors and WWE gear all in one app

They use deceiving practices like sitewide sales. You put an item in cart and apply the discount code during checkout but get a message the discount doesn’t apply to this item. If you pick and choose what discount apply to (typically old products no one wants to pay full price for anyway), don’t call it sitewide sale.

Fanatics is a great app and company

Although the fanatics has all the latest gear… it is soooo frustrating to logging into the app! It is a nightmare to “forget password” email never comes or when it is does it’s an hour later. By then, I have forgotten what I wanted as the cart does transfer over once I’ve logged on. I’d like to login so that I can get my points, but now it isn’t even worth it.

Four things: 1: would love to be able to save items to a wish list or ‘save for later’ feature 2: no ‘Share’ option to send an item to another person. Have to take and send a screenshot. 3: app constantly signs me out. I constantly have to sign back in. Very annoying and unnecessary. 4: poor consistency. For example, there are Jazz jerseys for sale (I’m a Utah Jazz fan) with players who never wore the jerseys the names are on. Example, Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Bojan Bogdanovich were trad

Always looking for items on this site, trust in the product. However, the site crashes a lot, having to resubmit team selection starting over.

I had to call Customer Service twice to deal with my issues. Every time the page would reload the free shipping would be taken off. It was a a very process. But my order did ship less than 24 hours.

Horrible return policy. Not user friendly and ends up charging you for the return. Bought something for $30 and would only return $15 and paying for shipping to return.

Orders don’t show up in history, sizes are out of stock with no way of being notified of updates, poor customer service.

Love that I can buy all of the merchandise for my favorite teams in one place. Hate that I can’t shop for it without the app crashing and giving me an “Uh-Oh Something Went Wrong”. Seriously, not a single update has ever stopped it from crashing. It’d be nice to just shop and not have to start over.
