Bad app, bad setup, bad image quality, really bad commentators, no audience sound from the stadiums…. It is just designed to steal money from the fans, given its condition as a monopoly.

You pay, but you cannot watch that.

I just subscribed through App Store. It keeps saying “video error, something is wrong with the network” but other stations are showing like liga Mx

Games for Ligue 1 have to be watched live. There’s no DVR and Ligue 1 is not available on demand or no replay. All other streaming apps have replay available for other leagues. If you live in USA west coast it’s not feasible to watch games at 4am. So the value for ligue 1 viewers is low. The app worked fine on my tv and phone.

I’m able to use the iOS app but the tvOS app keeps returning unexpected error either if I login using the activation code or using the credentials. Please fix this issue.

If it wasn’t for the content that can’t be accessed anywhere else, this app would be doomed. Very frustrating to use, unstable, not user-friendly. The app for AppleTV is even worse.

I renewed my subscription under the announcement that the Brasileirão 2024 would be streamed. Really disappointed that it isn’t streaming now that the games have started. I wish there was more timely and transparent communication. But specially that Fanatiz would keep us up to date and resolved this issue.
