Fandango is an easy to use app that allows users to select time, place, and seats in a few simple steps. Most appreciated is the ease of cancellation and the convenience of a accessible credit to use at another time. Two thumbs up.

Wish that they didn’t keep sending me emails that I unsubscribed from and they customer service needs to be more friendly. Also wish they can turn off the emails

I use fandango for all of my movie ticket purchases and for renting and steaming movies on my phone and tablet. I think fandango has affordable prices and is a great source for a movie goer experience.

It was so easy to select our movie and find good wheelchair and caregiver seats. Checkout online was easy with a gift card, I noticed other options that would make it very easy also! Can’t wait to get to our seats with popcorn and comfort!

The Shift provides a good movie line with a great message. The actors worked their parts to perfection.

This app is extremely convenient since it gives us the movies in local theatres near us along with letting us watch the trailers right away. Payment is quick and easy and we even get to select our seats 🙂. The rewards are also nice.

Crashes quite a bit & wants a convenience fee every time, but they’ve got a monopoly so if you have to use it, fine.

Fandango is great . Also love using Vudu .

I was not given option for senior adult price, which we always get. I will look for that option in the future.

It shows seats available but then when you select to buy it says not available.

Awesome and easy app!!

The site is pretty easy to navigate. Buying tickets on line is also pretty easy. Going to see a movie is expensive enough, ticket prices, concessions, and then you’re going to charge me a convenience fee on top of it.

Nowhere on the app for military discount. We service members love watching movies in our limited free time. We would also love either a day of the week for discounted (* as an addition to my previous statement, we’d like it for not just military personnel, but: police/law enforcement, EMTs, and doctors/nurses.)

Consistently unable to enter/process Regal Crown Card for rewards on App. Even after resetting password must sign in as a guest to access and pay for tickets. Have to go to box office to register points/rewards.

This app is pretty useful I’ve got my money back plenty of times. For different reasons. It’s easier and you can buy from multiple movie theaters !

Easy process! BUT! the amount of money it costs to go see a movie is absolutely outrageous and as for “convenience” fees…LOL. They basically force you to reserve seats and then charge you for making it convenient. I guess this is why the last time I went to the movies, it was 12-14 bucks a seat..Outta be ashamed at the prices for sure…I would imagine the popcorn is coated with gold, or priced as such anyway…LOL I’m broke now, just sayin

Make them opt-in or at the very least give users the option to opt-out easily.

Let Zack Snyder finish his vision for the DCEU. His films Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, and Zack Snyder’s Justice League are just a taste of the greatness he has in store for us. Easily leading the charge of what a comic book film should be. Good.

I love this app. It allows for easy and convenient ticket purchases. It also allows for refunds if you plan change.

Froze several times during the purchase. Took thee attempts before completion of the reservation. Bombarded with offers for five “free trials” to decline before QR code was provided. Will try purchasing from a different medium next time.

I enjoy this film very much. I liked that the film Is base on true history, that not a lot of people of all ethnicities know about. Our history in Africa, and how it shaped the world. The Dahomey tribe was a force to reckon with in the 17th -19th century. Viola Davis was brilliant as the general of the king’s Army and all the cast were amazing and resilient. Thank you for us piece of our history that is not taught on many levels

Love Fandango, it’s easy and convenient. Can’t make mistakes in scheduling your favorite movies to watch with loved ones or, just you. Ample room laid back on the dream lounger chairs. Fandango always has a current list of the movies out to give you a variety with trailers. Love Fandango!

Your buttons for reserving seats on the iPhone app are sticky and resistant from turning blue to orange (reserved)

I love Fandango, it really is the best way to get movie tickets. I find all the information I need to plan my trip on one app. Never had a problem with this process. Love!

The best place to buy movie tickets, never disappoints

Just wish u can go to a theatre and purchase tickets. Now there are few employees working the theatre. Just seems creepy

You’re charging 20% of the ticket price for your convenience fee. To much. We’ll be using the kiosk from now on.
