There response time is ridiculous 24-72 hours I’ve been waiting longer than 72 hours at this point been locked out my account for three days with money just sitting on it says my account suspended from inconsistencies nothing is inconsistent when i lose all my money lol but okay

The best betting app the only problem I have is they barley offer cash outs even if the game is tied and I hit all the other legs in my parlay they need to be better at that but overall they aren’t bad oh and they need to give out more bonus bets casino and spots betting

Had a few issues over the years with DK. Never had a problem with Fanduel or it’s communication if clarity on a bet payout. The bonus bets are substantially better too.

They offer you bonus bets where they match what you bet. Or at least they say they do. In reality the link you need to click never appears. I’m going to try a different betting app

Classic blackjack casino game. Went on a little win streak the other day after depositing some money into the old FD after about 1.5 years off of betting. Lost to 6 straight blackjacks every time I bet more than 5 bucks on a hand. Weirdest part, when I was playing 2 dollar hands, everything loads so quickly. Also soon as I’m at 25, it’s suddenly choppy. Anyways, they almost had me. I’ll be back in 16-24 months for sure

I write this review solely to ask that you put futures bets at the bottom of the open tickets queue again! It used to be this way, but now various futures show first, causing us to have to scroll down for all short-term / daily bets. Incredibly frustrating.

This app is easy and straightforward. The customer service is great too- but my god, DraftKings is BLOWING you guys out of the water with promos. I really like using this app and anytime I have an issue you guys are great about getting it resolved but you guys HAVE to step up the promos. I don’t want to switch but I’d simply be an idiot not to take advantage of their promos. Step up the promo game- retain customers. Simple as that! Keep up the good work with everything else!

There are no cash outs ever for me . Lose by 1 parlay and ever offered a cash over ever. Casino game freezes in the middle of free spins .

Sportsbook is fine, great UI, they can’t really rig live sports. Don’t use the casino. Blackjack dealer will have 10 or a face card to start every hand, guaranteed. I thought it was bad luck until I did ten $1 hands as a test and dealer hit 20 or 21 every single hand. State regulated theft.
