The best tracing available, premium is completely worth it. Hope they develop other apps like this too. My only note is I wish the characters name just a tad bit bigger, or adjustable. But even with that a million times better than the alternatives.

Got this app before college, finished the journey at the end of college, will always be able to look back and see the person who started versus the one who ended.

Honestly this was a such a fun adventure! I walked to mt “fire” they put so much effort into giving you the story along the way! I’m honestly thinking about doing it over to see if I can beat my time to get there!

This app was clearly created with love and knowledge for the books. It is a nerd’s dream.

I love this app and hope they make additional versions. It does incentivize me to walk more, especially since we live the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings! Jeep up the great work!

I loved this app. I started in December 2023 and finished in November 2025. Basically two years to walk - just like in the stories. I averaged around 3 miles a day until I had some life issues and didn’t end up walking for 3-4 months. But I was determined. I love this app because there’s an end goal. A story and cute simple graphics. I will absolutely miss using this app. It motivated me to keep going to see how the story would progress. Worth the download and worth paying for premium! Develop

This walking game app is a fun way to track your walking. The only thing I would recommend adding is the journey back home after you get to Mount Doom and destroy the ring. Maybe also expand the types of journeys you can take like one that mirrors the Hobbit or other LOTR destinations.

I enjoyed this but I never got a notification when I hit a milestone, even with notifications turned on. I do wish the journey home was part of it. Other built in avatars did and on the map it doesn’t say I’m complete yet.

This app is super awesome! I love seeing my progress on the fantasy hike! The only thing I wish it had was a widget that I can add to my phone screen that shows where I am on the hike :) thanks for making a great app!

It’s simple but done very well, I can’t wait to see what’s added in the future. Personally I’d love some more journeys from other series, The Wheel of Time, Game of Thrones, The Witcher, would provide excellent backdrops, for example.

I absolutely love this app it makes me want to walk so much more, I have recommended it to so many friends and this is where there is a missing aspect. I really wish you could add friends to challenge rather that bots. Sure the boys still make it fun but I think a lot more people would have fun against friends

Well worth it. There should be more apps like this. The current batch of competitors are all garbage. This app does it right. Simple and nice to keep track with.

The best app ever

The characters are fantastic. The landscapes are incredible and addicted to seeing my progress everywhere I go and ever second of everyday. Requests/Improvements: App calculated to running speeds or being in a vehicle or going up things like a mountain or hiking path.

Reminds me of lord of the rings, hilarious. The wizard asked weird things that a wizard wouldn’t ask

I’ve been playing this game for a day or two now and it’s amazing! It’s motivating me to keep moving and to get up and walk more. There’s just questions that I have: 1. Can a fitbit connect to it? If so, do the steps I take on my fitbit add to the app? 2. Can you hike more then a mile a day? Because after 1.02 it stopped counting… That’s all, please get back to me, have a good day.

Fun but warning does cost 3.99 for it to truly track your steps. Still… worth it :)

Best walking app I used to date! Enjoy the adventure and it keeps me motivated to catch up to the other characters. Only wish the app was available on devices other than Apple. My son wants to use this app and would benefit from the walking goals, unfortunately it’s not available on Samsung Galaxy.

as a lotr fan, this is so much fun for me! im so excited about walking & being more active to get more miles because youre able to move the charcater to see your path. every night i always check the see how far i went & there’s even little sayings, so i like going back to read them. i cant wait to reach the end!

My wife and I love walks and I’m a huge Lord of the Rings fan. This is perfect! Such a simple yet brilliant concept. The only addition I’d love to see would be the ability to see friends’ progress!

I’m only 3 days in, but I am excited to watch my progress! I like the graphics and the simple layout. However, I am confused by the eating and sleeping tabs. Will those fill themselves out as the quest continues? It would be kind of nice to be able to fill them out myself or have more info about them. I am really really really hoping that this app expands to include other quests found in literature. I am a huge book nerd and would love to be able to follow the same adventures as all of my fa

This app has been getting me to go on walks nightly for the past 5 days. It drives me to spend time outdoors, and make the most of the day no matter the weather or how I feel. Fantastic app, well designed, easy to use, and extremely helpful to the soul.

Cute app and I paid for the unlimited miles but then there ANOTHER paywall so I can share with my friends? The value for that additional unlock doesn’t seem worth it and I would expect it to already be included in what I paid for given what this app is. Subscription apps and companies have gotten out of hand, and this app should not fall into that category for what it is and what you get.

I used to love this app. It was so fun to see how far I could go. Now, unless you pay, you are limited to only being allowed one mile a day. Takes all the fun out of it.

Can’t even look at friends miles without paying for a subscription - already had to pay extra for ultd miles in a day - just seems lazy, greedy

Cool concept but…. It only will track 1 mile a day unless you upgrade to premium? Thats insanely pathetic especially for what the app is overall. I’m probably going to uninstall. Adding more to my original post I kept it on to see if any additional content pops up. I’m 13 miles in and nothing. A better idea would be let the first 20 miles be free no matter how quickly they are achieved then block behind a paywall. I say this because if nothing happens between now and 20 miles it’s clearly a scam

The basics work very well and are very fun, but they lock seeing anything about your friends without a subscription…
