Lovely

It’s a great product but the flashing lights hurt my poor baby eyes. Also the colors aren’t very bright

I bought the Light strips from costco and I've noticed that the lights tend to not respond to things I do in the app for example sometimes when I try to turn off the lights the strips will not turn off i'm not sure if it's the app or the lights.

Easy!

I’ve been using these LED bulbs with the app (and Alexa and Google Home) for a couple of years now and I like the easy of set up and use. The configurations can be just as simple as turning on/off a light switch or as complicated as setting up schedules and timers with color changing abilities for holidays and location settings or groups etc. They work well with both Alexa AND Google Home. I’ve recommended these to family and friends

App dark mode?

So far it’s been great.

Works well but needs an update

The app overall works very well. Unfortunately if you are using a schedule, it is not adjusted for daylight savings time.

Amazing but mid

When you actually connect to the app it takes like 345 years to connect…BUT the lights are like so so cool

4/5 can we get homescreen widgets?

I like the circadian rhythm setting option and everything else is good, but I would love to be able to create a home screen widget to control my lights for a room or group so that I don’t have to open the app to control my lights. If you add that then 5/5.

Not compatible with Dynamic Island

I cannot use all the features of the app on my new iPhone 15, because the button to “edit schedule” is layered behind the Dynamic Island at the top of my screen. Would be great if developers could address this issue. Other than that the app and devices work fine.

App was great, What happened?

App used to be great but now it’s just a buggy mess that’s an irritating inconvenience to use. Many features do not work as intended such as the dimming feature that used to work fine, now reverting the colored light back to white. Connection is also tedious and oftentimes takes many attempts.

Do not recommend

Its easy to set up, but its so hard to connect the bulb. Its frustrating and annoying. I cant even control my bulb now that i got it to connect even though I’m sitting right next to it. It also says it should have a remote/clicker. No it doesn’t even come with one. It’s so frustrating to use and figure out.

Will not connect

The device will not connect to WiFi. All fixes are unclear and difficult to follow.

Malfunctions for no reason

The app kept changing my light brightness without me even touching the app so i took the light out and never to put it back in, thanks for FLASHBANGING me.

Inconsistent

I can group lights but when I change them through the group nothing happens, kind of defeats the purpose, makes me have to change each light individually in order to dim or brighten the room

Keeps disconnecting

I’ve had these lights for a couple years however only one continues to disconnect and blink randomly. I have been trying to reconnect and last time it wasn’t too bad but this time it keeps getting to the end where it is discovering the light and then saying device can’t connect. I’m tired and irritated. It’s messing with my eyes and I have a major headache. It shouldn’t be able to disconnect so easily and it shouldn’t take forever to reconnect. Also nobody has two separate WiFi’s anymore. Upgrad

LED lights

My app worked amazing for the first 5 days and now it will not let me choose my customized light filters (more than one is unselectable) and it will state that my system is offline when that is clearly untrue, the app is very finicky and unpleasant to use. I have checked for updates or issues and nothing of the sort shows up.

Keeps disconnecting

Super frustrating. Trying to keep them d and they keep going offline. Inconsistent and not reliable.

Disappointed in the outdoor battery powered camera.

I have 2 indoor pan/tilt cameras (they both continuously record, which is the reason why I love it.) Well I recently bought the outdoor battery camera, only to discover that it doesn’t have that feature. I bought it with the intentions of being able to go back and look at footage, and because I needed it outside and in a spot I cannot have it plugged in without extension cords. It connected to WiFi just fine, and I was planning on buying the solar panel to keep the charge on it. Still works fine

app needs work

app often “forgets device” & it’s a pain to reconnect. the bulb itself is good.

Doesn’t always pair well with Alexa

Definitely not the best smart bulb. I have others and this brand is the only one glitching when prompting Alexa to turn on or off. Try another brand if pairing with Alexa.

Keeps going offline

Works great when it is actually on but goes offline all day for the most part until random hours at night
