This app has been a incredible tool in my relationship with my wife. We both are understanding her in a way that we never knew. I truly think this has had a hug impact for us. I’m grateful for the information this app has given both of us.

This app helped me truly understand my biology throughout my cycle and how to both give myself a break on a red week and how to also plan to optimize my energy on green weeks. Also redefined my partner’s understanding and relationship to my mood fluctuations and inspired to just chill and not try too hard on a red week. I love this app! I don’t use it for a partner, but for myself. Sometimes I use it for planning. I have PMDD and endometriosis and if I can, I don’t do anything extra on “red” days. I plan big vacations and presentations on green or yellow mood days. It helps a lot to know when I need a little extra space and rest ahead of time
