Fighter Verses: memorize Bible App Reviews

Ive used this app for memorization, for YEARS and I still have verses to memorize on the app. Really, Truly, Amazing!

Fighter Verses gives me the opportunity to memorize both sections and individual verses of Scripture. I would only change one thing related to the memorization plan, and that would be to add an every other day protocol.

I can’t believe there are only 1000’s of reviews. There should be 10’s of 1000’s. Best app ever. Changed my “Hiding God’s Word in my heart” for life! THANK YOU!

I have used Fighter Verses for the past six and a half years. It’s very affordable and easy to use. Occasionally I find my memorizing version (NKJV) to be missing words in the app, but it’s very rare. I love the daily reminders, study tools, and review schedule. Highly recommend!

I would like a family account option but am just glad its a 1-time payment and NOT a subscription. Thank you!!! I pastor a church that uses these 5 annual sets of verses and have loved it since attending Bethlehem Baptist North Campus. It’s vital for my family, my church family, and my own soul.

Hands down the best tool for quickly memorizing verses or entire passages of scripture. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to grow in their memorization of Scripture. It’s also a great tool to utilize in discipleship/parenting

I have loved this app for years. The Quick Blanks quizzes is my favorite method of memorizing Scripture. The one thing that would make this app perfect is the ability to add friends to do it together. An accountability partner would be a great addition.

Great app though length of verses to be memorized is inconsistent. Some weeks are only one sentence, while others are full paragraphs.

I have used Fighter Verses for decades. Before it became an app, I used the cards that came in a small three ring binder the size of a 3 x 8 card. I use them almost every morning on my walk to hide God‘s word in my heart before the day begins. outside of reading the Bible, and a daily devotion, the Fighter Verses have been one of the most important parts of my daily attempt to remain faithful to our Heavenly Father.

This app is such a versatile tool for helping me memorize the Word. I like the tracking feature, the songs, and the recall quizzes.

The app is easy to navigate. I especially like the songs/tunes to help me remember verses. I would like to let the memory review be optional, even though it is a good help.

The app has many useful functions that can be used for memorization and meditation. I have been using this app for over four years now. It works well and allows me to continue growing in delighting in Gods word each and every day.

This is a terrific app for memorizing Bible verses. Easy to use with well-chosen verses. But…it all depends…do you want to memorize Bible verses? If you do, then this is your app. If you don’t, well then, I’m sorry, because doing so is liberating and encouraging and comforting.

There is something about having a date, and even though I don’t know anyone else who’s doing the program, the date pulls me along. I review verses for a week, then weekly and monthly and then biannually and I’m in my six year now, and I see a real difference in my prayer life. Another thing I like is that I can add verses outside of the program that warm my heart, and I have dabbled with some of the advanced work, memorizing books in the Bible. I like being able to sing a chapter or say a chapte

I know the benefit of thinking deeply on God’s Word! As a biblical counselor I often assign memory verses which speak to a counselee’s specific area of trouble. This app has helped me to finally be faithful to do what I tell others to do, and I have found that many times the Holy Spirit has reminded me of verses that are particularly relevant in my own and others’ struggles!

There is no better way to meditate on Gods word than memorizing it.This app is an invaliable tool and I love using it!

I find the different practices of picking the correct word, typing the first word, filling in the blanks etc engaging. The songs provided with each verse are a great memory add and also lead you to praise. The built in review assist in keeping verses fresh in your mind. Also the blog that has devotional on the verses is edifying.

Useful tool for learning and memorizing Bible verses. Can be glitchy at times. Recommend a feature that also helps to learn book and verse.

I have tried lots of Bible memory applications over the years. The latest version with more quizzes takes this one over the top. I have now used this for several years. It is the best! Buy it you will like it!

Set the notifications to “daily” and wake up meditating on Scripture instead of doom-scrolling through social media garbage. Thanks to Desiring God for making this app!

This is so helpful. Very easy to upload verses I want to meditate on and memorize. Love the quizzes and the systematic review.

I so enjoy this app. I used it when my kids were much younger to plant the word of God in their hearts. I use it for myself to do the same. The format for memorization is excellent. My one offer is that you must include the Scripture chapter and verse itself with the memorization process (i.e., blank them out too). I routinely forget them, though the meat are the verses themselves.

The spaced repetition system works well. Some of the memory verses are missing portions of the verse randomly, anywhere to a few words to an entire verse of the memory section.

I’ve been able to memorize whole books of the Bible because of this app! The various ways it lets you review verses is really helpful. I use the “Listen to the Verse” feature when driving in the car, and it’s incredibly helpful.

English is not my first language. I came across this app three years ago and started to use it daily to memorize the verses in English. Not long ago my pastor asked me whether I could help with the Youth ministry at out church. My memorizations of verses in English have been such a great help in my interactions with our youth, who speak only English. This app is such a blessing not only to me, but to our youth as well! I love this Bible memorization app! I use it every day to memorize new verses and to review verses that I’ve already memorized. It is an excellent tool to store up God’s word in my heart.

I am not a good memorizer, but with this app, I can put scripture songs on repeat, and learn them very well! I am amazed at how much scripture I have hidden in my heart! Praise God!
