It is locked in the horizontal orientation, so vertical video is displayed within a massive letterbox. Please add vertical orientation support!!

Used this for controlling an iPhone 14 placed on a mic stand above a piano keyboard. Able to start and end record function and monitor operation for over an hour. App was running on an iPad Pro 12 inch (2019). Sure beats climbing up on a ladder. Yes there is a lag on the iPad monitor but the iPhone video is pristine. Even with lag I can see pianist’s hands and confirm a good result. Very pleased.

Latest update really helped with the login previews! So glad it’s back to useable!

Works as intended. 1 star off for the lag, as others mentioned, but impossible to work around that without a tether.

This app lets me get shots I can’t get in any other way. Love the film looks!

Only works with FilMCic Pro, not Firstlight.

This is a must have when shooting with filmic. I can remotely control my video. It does have some latency depending on what network I’m on but it gets the job done! Thanks

This is an exceptionally stable and useful adjunct to FiLMiC Pro. A must-have for those difficult camera angles requiring remote preview and full manual control from a separate device!

Had been waiting for a update. And this update (along with the update to filmic pro) makes this app invaluable once again. My crashing and freezing issue are gone and the app feels more responsive than ever. Easy 5 stars

When using the remote app, trying to change my frame rate settings causes it to crash and I have to restart. Every. Single. Time.

Hasn’t been updated in over a year. The reticles don’t do anything for me on latest iOS and iPhone X. I move them around and nothing happens. Also it needs to support vertical video in a bad way. PLEASE fix the bug and update this app!!

It’s a pretty cool app. I just hope I don’t get charged twice bc I downloaded Filmic Remote 1st. Before downloading the combo of Filmic Remote and Filmic Pro.

Tint slider is not working to adjust from the remote app making setting ing up a shot impossible.

How is a 1 second delay acceptable? I get there has to be a delay but this is ridiculous. I’ve use many apps like this and this one by far has the worst latency.
