Cannot cancel

I only put five stars so that I would be able to get my review out. It is impossible to cancel with these people. They just keep trying to charge me 3999 $10. I keep telling them to cancel my subscription and they want me to jump through all these hoops what platform did I get it from? What the hell does that mean? I wanna cancel the damn thing but they won’t do it. Don’t waste your time or money, please

I was charged 3 separate charges.

This is what I dislike of these apps. You make a payment for a specific amount of time then when you check your bank account, my blood pressure goes up when I see three charges that were not specified. What gives the right to an app you’re getting a specific product for a specific amount of time suddenly tack-on a few more charges they were not supposed to. So now, I have to tell my bank that I did not authorize al of the charges to my account.
