FindPenguins: Travel Tracker App Reviews

This app is so fun, and I am looking forward to adding my past adventures and furture adventures. Only change I would request is the ability to upload video footage.

The app is not intuitive and not laid out well

My family used this for a year long trip around the world and we have continued to use it for our travel since. It really is an ideal platform. Our favorite part is how easy it was to make books based on our travels. Unlike when we have made books through other online platforms, we could just click a couple of buttons and find penguins designed the book and included our footprint reflections with the pictures, along with other cool features like QR codes to the videos and maps.

Sometimes when you have a post that has uploaded, and for some reason, it is still sitting in the drafts if you delete the draft post will disappear. It is super Duper frustrating!

So far; I haven’t been able to upload photos from google or external hard drive to create past trips. I’m disappointed by that. Hopefully someone has advice or help. Without that feature, I wouldn’t see upgrading to pay for premium. I have photos from a camera I would like to use. 😕 Making a photo album was simple and editing process was also easy.

I’ve used this app for 4 trips now, and it’s been awesome! It’s easy to use, easy to share, smooth for my family and friends to read, and for me, the best part is how great the photobook is that I can purchase at the end!! It automatically adds a map in the front and back that shows the whole trip and includes temperatures and organizing details like timelines, etc, at each footprint. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this app is really fun to use and a brilliant way to share your travels and adventures. It has really innovative features, it’s easy to use, and way better than other social media apps—I think this is gonna be big. Give it a try and I bet you’ll fall in love too! 😉

This is my Go-To app to document travels! We’ve been using it for a while, and absolutely love it. Both the app and the web page are perfectly designed to journal all details of our trips and easily share them with our contacts. I found myself recommending it to everyone I talke to that likes to travel. Congratulations to the Developers for this excellent tool! I’ll rely on it for the foreseeable future, while we continue exploring the world.

A great product to remember your travels!

If you want to keep track of your travel destinations, this app is for you! I just returned from a trip to SE Asia including Vietnam and Malaysia. The app shows air travel as dotted lines and solid lines on land travel. I can retrace everywhere I have been just by having my phone with me!

We are world traveling for one year as a family so it has been a gem to track our travels and document our memories with pictures. Super intuitive.

Trying this app out to compare it to an another similar app, I don’t know a lot of the differences yet, but I’m liking how this one lets me add more routes after publishing. I also like how this lets you add a future event (plan to do). I’m still new and exploring, so those are the main ones I’ve noticed so far.
