Can’t add membership card to Apple wallet

Sometimes when they travel overseas, the airport, Wi-Fi is not stable and there is no international roaming data on my phone so it’s very inconvenient to log into the app to show the staff my membership card. If the membership card can be added to Apple wallet, it’s more convenient because I can show it to the staff off-line

Terrible app

This app is terrible. It doesn’t update regularly and often has wrong information. If you are a group traveling you cannot see the information for other travelers which is crazy if you are traveling with kids who don’t have a phone. Maybe 5 years ago this was acceptable but today apps should have pull to refresh and should at lease work as well as Google. I found searching my flight number in Google was more accurate.

Does not update

Sometimes it stops updating and there is nothing you can do via the app to force a flight info refresh. The app becomes useless when in this state.

Meh…

Needs more work. Logon is terrible - can’t remember my user name. Every other time have to change the password. Won’t let me buy seats….very clumsy. Just a terrible experience.
