Foreign language

How can I set the watch up when I don’t understand what’s written on the screen? It’s not syncing with my phone so I can connect it on the app. I figured once it’s connected on the app. I will be able to change the language and set the time in my clock face , but it won’t connect and I can’t understand from the watch how to do it because it’s in a different language. It looks like German. But I’m not sure.

Desperately needs more sports modes

This watch is an upgrade from my old one in every way, except for the lack of sports modes. It would be nice if there was a general workout mode available. Maybe techs can get on that with an update

Easy to use

This is my first smart watch. It’s easy to use, but it needs more workout options, like tennis, pickleball, skating, etc.

I love this watch….

I love this watch! It is a great product for the price! I just have a couple of things I hope they add to it. 1.) I would like to be able to change the font color of the time and date on the background. 2.) I would like to be able to have more options for games.

Need more ability to customize

Please update so I can make the time and date white for custom watch backgrounds. Please please please!

Needs work…

I’m sure the developers wanna improve their app, but as of right now usage is spotty with just about each part of it, I like how simple everything is but I can’t really get things like the watch face store to load or work properly so…. Anyway hope it improves soon.

Watchface store does not load.

I like everything about this little piece of Chinese spy technology....lol. Except for the fact that no watch faces show up in the store.

Can not connect to server

Watch and app connect, but to change watch settings within app, I keep getting “can not reach/connect to server”. Was working great up till today.

Multiple version of fitcloudpro

I have been using fitcloudpro for some time without problems, recently my wife purchased a watch that used the same info. We are unable to connect both watches. HELP!

Watch faces

I was really looking forward to changing my watch face to specific things and seeing as there were many presets I though you could change them all so that you could have one for everyday and one that shows you everything such as the ones that show heart rate and steps. Though this wasn’t true at all you can only change one and if you bump the dial it switches to ones that I don’t particularly like. Otherwise, it does what it advertised and is really acurate for what it can do.

Screen time

So far not to bad got functions working. Watch screen time is very short and cannot figure that one out. I will keep trying if no luck will return to Amazon

Accurate and easy to use

I really like this app and watch, it’s the only fitness watch tracker I’ve used so I have little to compare to. But some of the complaints of reviews I read said things like not super user friendly, or units weren’t changeable but all of that seems to be fixed. It measures accurately and I don’t really have any complaints. There are tiny things I would change like maybe being able to personalize and upload a photo for the background but overall it’s a good product.

Weather

Overall I am very happy with the watch. My only issue is it’s not reading the correct weather. How can I troubleshoot this? I have reset, unpaired, and done a restart. It’s still not displaying the correct weather.

Bluetooth issue

My watch will not make calls, receive calls, and voice assist will not work. All are saying Bluetooth not connected but it is. Everything else is working great. My phone shows the watch to be connected, however I never received an option to “pair” my phone. I’m not sure if the watch is defective or what but I have literally tried everything.

Bad app and won’t connect to IPhone X

Have an IPhone X, initially, when I bought the watch, it connected just fine. But after a few hours I noticed that the Bluetooth would stay connected, but the app would lose the watch. I would have to re-download the app. I’m buying the watch turn off Bluetooth restart my phone over and over again to get it to work great watch lots of cool features but clearly the app and Bluetooth need a little bit of help.
