The exercises are good and the 5 minute morning routines are fun and something I look forward to. But the app itself needs a lot more work. Sometimes routines start without displaying the exercises, the Home Screen will come up blank and remain like that, lacks personilazation options, and other issues.
This application is amazing. It is a perfect trainer, since I had a personal trainer and cost me fifty bucks for an hour. Second time using it and there’s no difference with my personal trainer.
I purchased a one year subscription and after using the app for five days I’m not completely satisfied. There are not enough exercises using weights at the gym. I guess I should’ve researched the app more thoroughly before purchasing. I will say the app does have a lot of exercises available without using weights and good recipes but again, just doesn’t fit my workout plan. I’ve asked for a refund and they honored it. Thank you! UPDATE -I was told I would receive a refund but based on my last c
The app helps you get a lot done with in a 5 minute work out 🔥

I'm pretty satisfied with this app, of course there’s always where to grow, however for now it’s very good fitness app.

This app is great I lost 10LB in two in a half weeks and gained a LOT of muscle in the two in a half weeks.What I love is that you can do it everywhere download now!!!!!!!

I can understand by the name that the app is for men, but I use it anyway as a woman and the option of changing the trainer to a woman will be a good add
I got this app recently and have not tried all the workouts yet, but I love it so far
I like that you don’t have to stick with one type of workout. I can easily find an at home workout that doesn’t throw me off my program

I’ve used it for about a month and a half now. I followed the program pretty closely and really toned up.
I like that this app has everyday morning warm up just to wake up and then the workout that you need to do during the day. Tbh I mostly do only morning exercise, but this app is worth the price for me still
Prior to the pandemic, I was a regular at the gym. Now I use it to be back on track
