I was just here last night,,great service,,I was asked to join,,but how when there’s no app to join!! There’s no log in or anything,,there’s no app,,what’s going on?

No matter the time I shop I’m always greeted with knowledgeable conversation and positive attitude I always leave with a smile on my face you guys and gals are gen x awesome thanks Jonathan

New to this version on the App but I’m using it on my Apple iPhone so gotta give it some time too see. 🤷🏾‍♂️ but I’m pretty sure if you call up or go into the store depending who’s working there they’ll definitely take the time out to help you w/ whatever issue it is you’re dealing with.

I was able to fix my problem. The rewards are coming my way after purchases.

When traveling this App is always a good line on local food and services Google or Apple may not show. It’s the citizen level Yelp for great people holding it down in their communities! Thanks @Apple for the win!

I have been going to A-to-Z since they’ve opened On Murdoch Avenue and the only time I will go in there now is when Jeff or Josh are working because they have excellent customer service and they treat you like a person They are awesome at what they do and I appreciate them very much. The Fivestars App makes it very easy to find other local businesses in my community that I can visit for great deals and to support like coffee shops, salons or boutiques!

Transferring to a new phone breaks the app. Deleting and reinstalling fixes the issue.

I’ve had an account and was good at first but now the app won’t even let you login, it asks for email but says it’s already in use (that’s because I already have an account) so the app is trash NOW since nobody can ever login now .. please fix! Or cancel the whole app

I’ve been a member of five star for nearly 10 years and all of a sudden I’m not receiving my coupons provided by the companies.

Used to use the app all the time and now it’s useless because I can’t keep the app open without it crashing every minute. I would open 2 restaurants info and it’ll crash on me. Barely usable.

Since I use an app with a primary phone number. My old one expired and I had to get a new one and now I can’t log into my account because I need to verify with the old one. Is there anyway I can contact the people over this app to delete my account for me?

I didn’t know already have an account with my apple email with an older phone, who know who’s been having access to my pictures and personal information which probably that’s the reason I lost some pictures, sent an email to delete everything , waiting for an email confirmation that is being done
