Crazy I sign and get logged out soon u put money on there and then I can’t sign back in

You’d think they’d have the budget to upgrade their servers so more people can use the app at once but no. Whenever a big winner is picked, the app basically doesn’t function for the whole day. Can’t scan tickets or load the different screens. Disappointing.

I bought mega million tickets at Publix in ormond Mall, beachside. On 4 of 9 tickets I get error “unable to scan barcode”. The app is useless if I can’t scan tickets.

Why when I’m checking scratch off odds when I go back it resets to the most expensive ticket instead of where I was in the $10 tickets?

Most of the time it does not work it takes forever to load and check my ticket works once in a while. The app constantly freezes and is very slow.

Great app. Saved me from throwing away winners more then once . Wish it would make sounds when you win

Need to do like The state north of us and allow the players the option to play their favorite games in the app. Everything else is ok would be better with that option

OMG this app is the greatest.., I never win but I don’t have to spend gas money to find out 👋😁👍

Is a nightmare to read the scratch up slips.

Unable to scan barcodes, worked great now it will not auto switch between lenses causing you to be really far away to get the barcode in focus, then it’s too small to register scanning.

It’s not working no more what happen ?

Great app. Scanner works flawlessly on iPhones prior to 14 pro. For some reason the camera on the iPhone 14s will not focus on the barcode. Hoping for a fox soon!!

Hi Florida Lottery, the APP feature to check your ticket by scanning barcode is frequently not functioning. Is there a bug? A fix? If the feature should be working and does not, maybe it should be removed or redesigned. I hope there’s a customer friendly solution soon.

Tickets not scanning due to ticket printers. Bar code lines not fully filled in print head starting to fail. Bar code scanner cannot read it. Use a pen to fill in lines works correctly.

It is nice to scan your tickets, problem is it always says “error try at another time”. There have been plenty of times I know I have won a free ticket or a small amount of money and it still gives an error message. Also why can’t they get with the 21st Century and let us play online like many other states?

Wha lt is the point of this app if you still have to go to a retailer to purchase tickets. Why cant we purchase scratch off and tickets thru the app like how GA lottery is set up.. you can do everything on the app.

Went on the app this morning at 845 and the system is down
