Flink: Groceries in 10min App Reviews

so far ive only gotten to use it once but it’s exactly as advertised so far. it was incredibly fast and convenient, and all of the items were as advertised! there’s a couple of items i’d love for them to carry, but overall theres a great selection.

I love Flink, it’s the best delivery service for groceries in berlin although for months now the app has so many problems. I mean, how can they not fix the bugs? They are losing money and it’s so frustrating. That should be their priority considering the app is their business.

I have tried several apps and Flink has consistently proved itself. Not only is the app very organized and user friendly, the customer service has always been excellent. Food items are kept stocked quite well. I love how the app saves and suggests my recent purchases. It also saves my notes/instructions at check-out for the delivery person so I do not have to type them every order. Great all around service that has served our family well due to sickness, surgeries and hectic days. Highly recomme

I was skeptical to try this app, seemed to good to be true. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try and I’m glad that I did! I’m from the US and this app made my travel much easier! Easy to use and VERY fast service! The delivery guy was waiting for me as soon as I got off of the elevator. Great experience, would give more stars if I could! Thanks, Flink -Happy Customer

When scrolling through my cart items are accidentally removed without me clicking on them. It’s super annoying.

Lots of products available for really good prices. Best part is the time and energy I save not having to go to the store. Took 4 minutes for them to deliver where I live.

My order was actually delivered within 9 minutes. (Berlin) Even came with a free chocolate bar (that I did not order) which was a nice surprise. I ordered a lot of heavy stuff so I felt sorry for the delivery guy.

My order was delivered quickly and professionally and it was packaged so nicely (nothing was smashed or poor quality). My delivery person was kind and hard-working. Thank you so much!

Great app with super nice features. My deliveries are always on time and accurate. I love using Flink.

If you want order status notifications, you’re going to have Flink ads in your notifications randomly throughout your day. There is no way to separately turn off ads. The delivery service is otherwise great, except they’re often out of essentials.

The discount rules are not clear. Codes do not always work. Resulting into spending long time shopping and then discarding it. Also, as I am typing this review, my text is white and invisible
