Flip Makes Learning Engaging App Reviews

Flip is a good app but the reason i put it 3 stars is when you record it has a max amount of time. It would be hard for you to do it quickly. It is a dope app but needs improvmant😔

Honestly, Filp is helping for a class project and it is awesome bcuz we can make a group so my friend made a group for our project.

Excellent app, BUT… You need to add the hidden/inside toggle switch into the app. I’m a teacher and default videos to hidden until I watch and approve for posting. The same with comments. I’m able to easily do this from my computer, but it does not seem as though your app includes these options. Please add, otherwise it’s somewhat useless to use the app.

Well I think the app works really well. And it is really nice to use when in school you make something fragile.so that is really it, and I Think you should use this app

It’s actually pretty good! The filters are super cool! But if you add a little bit more seconds to the vids, that can make the person who is doing the speech a little more time and they don’t have to talk so fast! The songs you can add to the vids are also amazing!

I love flip but the only thing I wish they had a timer on the video so I could get ready with out having to start it

I love it and think it is great. It les me be in touch with my friends and to show them what I am doing there are definitely a few things I would change but other that that I think it is amazing and you should get it.

This app is really good but it freezes so yeah good app.

It’s super fun and great to use in classrooms and you keep improving! I have an idea it works for teachers on virtual, but make it so people can do a live video and people can comment on it and the person streaming can see the comments, I think it would be a great idea, and please try to find a way to make it happen

Flip (once known as Flipgrid) was priceless during COVID-19 school closures. I now use it for students to make up for when they must be absent. It allows students to get the same content as if they were in class. This means that class time isn’t bogged down in review for those who were absent. Another perk: Unlike students using Google Classroom and Zoom, students using Flip/Flipgrid aren’t confined to a certain day and time. I’ve been trying FOREVER to make a group AND THE STUPID THING WON’T LET ME! I’ve tried and tried but nothing works and it shows it wants me to download an update BUT IT FLICKERS ON FOR HALF A SECOND!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly I’ve used flipgrid for a while now but its pretty annoying how people have to install the app on their mobile devices(ipads iphones ect.)

i got logged out of my own email in app and my video was deleted. im also not sure how to voiceover. the simplicity is nice though. besides the fact that im about to fail 🫶🏽👍🏽

When ever I try to tap add response it doesn’t do anything please fix this or I will delete this and share this with others that use this app

I was able to record a video but when I tried to make a cover and add stickers it lagged and crashed the app. I tried it three times and each time it crashed. Flip has an for notes but it disappears when you try to record the video, there isn’t really any point of them.

You can tell the devs put a lot of work and effort into this app it is still great and even better than before I personally recommend it and I think it was futuristic and easer to use highly recommended!!

This is such a cool app! It really helped during remote times and now I’m even still using it at home! The only problem for me would be if you guys could let us make the videos infinitely longer! This would be so great because with a regular camera, you can’t change scenes without ending the video, so if you want to make a movie, you could do that! FlipGrid is an amazing app! We all can agree on that. It has multiple people online every day and is very liked by schools. I just have a small problem that I think a lot of people would think, too. This summer, I did a book talk, and I write a lot of extra details, so I did that, and when I went to go record what I wrote, I didn’t have enough time. I would totally love it if they added a custom time span to record your videos. I had to make two videos on one subject and it annoyed me SO much!!!

I love this app it is great even since I was able to use it through google instead of downloading but one thing is I can’t share screen anymore to record it and that was one of my favorite things when I used it on google although I do like the great filters the app has really stepped up its game since 2021 I wa also thinking some of this stuff might be because I have it on an iPad and not phone so maybe add more stuff for iPad users

Flipgrid is a really fun and good app! It is fun to use, and has updates sometimes which I’m really happy about! I really recommend this app if you want your students or if you want to have a place to put videos and add friends! It’s a lot of fun! I know this isn’t a lot but I hope it helps!

I think I like it but I sound very weird and I know on video we sound different but…it’s not the same I think it’s probably my phone or something but it’s a great app to use when your teacher keeps bragging to turn in your flip grid.

I’m trying to upload a audition but it won’t. I’m stuck at 18% and I’ve been at 18% for almost an hour and a half this is not a good app.
