The app its excellent and easy to use. However, the person who drove us here was very rude and we had to ask about stopping to the restroom and he ignored us and we had to ask again and then he told us we were stopping in five minutes.

This is a very good app. I really like the free flowing way to buy tickets. It could use a little bit more features but so far so good. I’ve never had a problem using the app purchasing my tickets getting all the information I needed for my trip.

It’s unfortunate that Flix does not offer full refund on trips that are delayed because of flight delays

Traveling to five different countries and within countries and this is the way! Beautiful new, clean buses with direct routes to so many places!

Super clear and convenient!

The app is convenient way to book travel services, view information related to the trip. The one issue I have with it is that each bus, which picks up and drops off in multiple locations along its route, has multiple journey combinations listed, which can get confusing. It would be easier to digest the information if each bus had its own listing, and subheadings of all of the places it will stop at listed under, with the associated time for that stop.

I love the app and paperless experience with FlixBus. My worst memory was at the Zagreb station, when gate agent gave me wrong change and closed the curtain in my face. Now I never enter the building at Autobusni Kolodvor

I had low expectations due to the low rating , but it couldn’t be better . I traveled from philly to dc and we arrived just in time . The driver was kind and professional, bus was clean and toilets work. So happy to find such a cheap bus . I ll definitely use it again !!!
