I have a terrible addiction to my phone, makkng it a struggle for me to just sit down and do my homework. I downloaded this app because of a friend’s recommendation, and it’s really helped with my productivity. Usually these apps don’t work, but the fact that yoyr friends can see when you fail and there’s also imagery saying that you killed a tree motivates you to not use your phone. Additionally, I get to work towards unlocking plants to make a pretty little garden which is very rewarding. Thou

I don’t like the bit system, I miss the old one with minutes. It was really fun for me to be engaged in HW or being productive if I got through the plants quicker with the original system. I like the variety of plants in my garden faster, it was more motivating.

Lately, the app has become impractical. The focus has shifted from completing tasks and earning a specific plant, to having to buy or pay money for things. I still don’t understand the idea, but it’s not good and it’s not fair. I unlocked many, many plants, and now their gallery has disappeared, and apparently I have to unlock them again somehow. I think the whole system has become complicated. I hope the app returns to its original concept, even if that means paying for a subscription or so

Helps me lock in and I adore my garden

Setting a timer gives no alarm indication when your focus session is over. How am I supposed to know when it’s time for a break? If it worked I would use it everyday.

I really love this app, because it makes you get away form you’re device and focus on your tasks

It is so hard for me to lock in on my tasks. I have been loving flora! The to do list feature as well as blocking apps has helped me get my stuff done. I would recommend to anyone!

I am a high school student addicted to my phone but with this app I was able to stay focused because I felt guilty killing the tree when it is growing.

I love this app but on the button that says place your finger to relax I can’t help but think that the screen that shows up is made with ai. I hope it’s just that ai has become prevalent and I’m mistaking a real artist’s work with ai but I can’t help but notice how odd objects on the screen move and how the rocks will change pattern randomly. For being an app that is helping the environment the fact that ai has been used in at least some part of the app’s creation isn’t worth supporting.

I can't find out how to turn on sound alerts when my focus session ends... not on the app, not on my phone. It loses its purpose if I can't know when my focus ends without checking my phone. FIX THIS!
