Fly Delta App Reviews

Since the most recent version update, I keep getting an error saying that “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” It won’t let me choose or change seats for example.

Please allow flight information to be added to calendars without having to provide “full calendar access” to the delta app. Previously I was able to add to my calendar without issue. And now I can’t add at all because the “add events only” option isn’t acceptable to the app. This is incredibly frustrating. Please fix.

We use Delta Airlines exclusively! I have been flying Delta Airlines from Detroit to Houston mostly! With a Cancer diagnosis and treatments for not only myself but our Daughter. We fly from Detroit Michigan to MD Anderson frequently for treatment and diagnostics. The entire Delta Airlines crew from customer service, to airport staff, and especially the Airplane crew have always gone above and beyond for us. Outstanding job to all! Mrs. Avra Michigan

Delta never disappoints. Great service.

I wish there was a section where I could look for last-minute flight and travel deals through the app versus having to go online and look that route. As a loyal customer, I wish this was an opportunity.

Preferred Airline

As a person that’s always been terrified to fly, Delta has made my fears begin to fade and I’m incredibly grateful to the pilot and flight staff for the amazing experience I have every time I fly with Delta!

I travelled using skymiles for twice now. The service is excellent in all aspects.

Every option now is pay only and standby isn’t even an option. I had the pay $479 to change to a later flight. This is ridiculous.

Delta is the best airline, great customer service and airplanes.

I don’t understand when I purchased my ticket almost 1 month earlier. There are no seats available when I check in.

I am flying today and don’t see that flight info or boarding passes. It serves up limited info . Aldo you must be connected to show your boarding passes and if you are using Wi-Fi and rushing to make connections you can’t access boarding tickets. Do I always have them printed. So this app isn’t as useful as I could be with some smart changes.

I love traveling with Delta. Excellent customer service and easy access access to your traveling tracking plus all benefits for being a member. I just love it!

The only airport in FL without a Sky Club is Ft. Myers. It would be great to have a club at RSW!

I was excited to have my quick info available on my Apple Watch, but I have yet to see anything other than the error message telling me to open the app on my phone so the two can sync. And that’s while I’m sitting there with the phone app open in my hand! I fly out tomorrow, so I’m hoping things will be different then.

And quick as well.

As a person who traveled almost every week for work, and used a lot of travel apps, the Delta app is the best in the business. All others should try to be as good.

I am a SkyMiles member and this app and the website are so slow and annoying. Why does it take so long to load a regular page with text on it? Even text pages via a link show that dumb interim image of people smiling in their seats. It’s worse than dial up websites. I avoid using the app or the website whenever possible. I’m amazed such a rich airline has such a slow and cheap process online for accessing information. Ugh.

Why do they need “Full Access” to my calendar on iOS? I have the setting to “Add Events Only” but the app doesn’t let me add my flights to my calendar unless I give it full access? Seems like a bug, because I’d hate to think that a great company like Delta Air Lines wants to gather every piece of data on its customers to build a better profile and sell us adds on their inflight entertainment. Second time I’ve tried to book two tickets from either the website or the app. For whatever reason, both seem to be glitchy and would not take my info. Both times I have just given up after spending far too much time, and just called and booked over the phone. The one good thing about looking up the flight info beforehand is having all the booking info at hand before talking to the CSR. So don’t waste your time, just call.

I’m excited to move back to a Delta hub but omg the app is horrible. I was trying to book but then got continuous errors every other step of the way! And then the prices went up so I had to pick a different time!! I’m very frustrated and have to try again later

The app is constantly giving I’m sorry technical issues messages. It gets annoying

App for iPhone: The info is not updated automatically. I need to kill the app and relaunch to see any updated info such as gate or seat numbers.

App is ridiculously slow to update. Checked 3 times on my connecting airport for the new gate. Every other web operation I did was quick. Not Delta. Caused me a needless walk of a literal mile out of my way. Don’t trust the app. Check the board. Also frustrating check in. Why do I have to confirm the info already stored in sky miles MULTIPLE times when I am logged in??? Typical of the overall delta experience of the absolute minimum service possible and where we can, we’ll charge you more for

I will avoid Delta’s new flights as much as possible now. I am a female, 5’3”, weigh 118 and could barely get to the window seat even with no one else seated in my row. Uncomfortable red-eye flight. No room for legs even for me. Also, the flight attendants on my earlier flight were average at best.
