I love being able to look at my labs and the ease of asking for refills.

Best app ever if I need my medicine list or health list. It’s on this app.

After 2yrs. I found out how to get in and use my “follow my health “ and thanks for the help. And yes I have issues with this stuff & how to use it all🥴

Not clear on how to communicate with doctor

Great patient care and support and breaks down terms and test that I can understand

I like the fact that all my NW appointments are listed as well as your meds, record of your visits etc

This app is amassing. There is times when I have labs and i get mr results way before I notified and that is great

I find this app makes keeping up my medical information very convenient. It's also an excellent way to contact my medical team with questions or concerns. It highly recommend.

FollowMyHealth is very through and well thought out. I am grateful for the information and help. It would be nice to have a full readout of tests and bloodwork to share with my primary care doctor to keep her up to date.

This is a great tool to keep up with your health conditions. Also you can review results from your visits which is great. I wish other doctors could be added to the app to provide better communication between the medical disciplines concerning ones health.

I wasn't happy to be in the hospital but the nursing staff made my stay comfortable simple and enjoyable if needed help they were there if I had a problem they solved it any time day or night the room was good and it was clean but cold the staff helped me stay warm and now I’m being discharged happy to leave but sad to leave my friends

I love the freedom to access my records, schedule an appointment or contact my doctor at anytime. It’s quick and easy and my doc is definitely on returning my texts asap.

The Follow My Health App is so easy to use. I also love the fact that it helps the communication between my doctor and me to be open with visit follow ups and tests. The message section is quick with responses from my doctor’s office coming back to me quickly. It negates the need for phone calls which is a help to me and I’m sure a bonus for support staff.

The app is accurate, & stores info very well. It is easily accessible not only for you, but for your care team. It makes communication simple & simplifies the process for upcoming appointments as well!

I am not fast on this keyboard because of vision problem i have a hard time getting back to enter security codes.

As always the staff and Dr’s are great but… the patient portal is a fantastic resource
