I updated the game on my iPad and now it won’t load.

I’ve been playing this game since it came out. Have a full team and always get new players. Win a lot of trophies. However; we need New Events! Please give us new stuff! The game is becoming boring doing the same stuff for years! We need more land opening! I want more expansions and new events and items

There seems to always be a problem with Facebook and the games updates and not being able to see profile pics. Is it because of Meta?

So, this game is great but a few not so great complaints! First of all, this game is really addictive but it stops being addictive when you have to wait 2 hours for the food to be done. Also it is so hard to get a lot of gems without paying for them and it is 100 dollars to buy 13,000 gems. And you have to buy certain things. Lastly, maybe make stoves and decorations could be less coins. Otherwise it is a really great game and I recommend it! Hope you get it and have fun! 😊

I have emailed support several times about items that need to be fixed. I always get the same response of we are working on it. It has been months with no fix.

Good to play when you want a game that's fun but not too hardcore

Hello, I have a problem. I have an iPhone and I have been playing for several months and I live in the USA. Today I updated the game. I have several friends in other countries and they don't have the update. We can't help each other. Should you please check this because it doesn't give them the option to update? We have a different game. Thanks

I have been playing FoodStreet for about two years and HomeStreet for about 6 months and cannot say enough good things about SuperSolid. The staff is top tier and they actually support and love their FanVIPS (The Creators).

I have been an on and off again, avid player and supporter of Food Street for almost 10 years now. It feels surreal. I genuinely think this is one of the best free-to-play games that I’ve ever experienced. Even well before I broke past the paywall years back, not specifically to get away from ads, I don’t ever remember the ads being disruptive to gameplay. Just picked it back up after a few months, and it’s just as great as ever. Super job well done.

Started playing a few weeks ago & really like this game. (Played a few years ago, took a break & now I’m glad to be back). One thing, I’d like to add though, is that it’s almost impossible to get helping hands—you need them for the trees that can’t be revived. Wish we could request them like we do to request “reviving a tree” or asking for help with food trucks. Or make it possible to buy them or use gems to buy extra helping hands. (I have plenty of saws, though!)

Love the game really do it’s pretty much the only thing I play now but I wish the market had a errand boy you could send out to retrieve items because most items are a rarity to find in the market it would really add to the game and help out a lot of ppl good job keep up the good work ❤️

My wife got me into this game and I really like it, but the pay to win in this game is awful. The game is great but it can be better. Things like a trade post will be great because the only thing you can find in the market is the basic items. If you like to spend hundreds on a single game then this game is for you.

4 hours for carrot cake is insane. I remembered why I stopped playing a while ago

It very fun, it would be great if you could add some more veggies, fruits, all kinds of meat, milk, so on.

I absolutely love this game. I love the animations. How the characters can react to the special items is really cute however I wished they can “play” with the pets. I believe we should be rewarded more vouchers from completing food trucks and chef challenges. Gaining blue vouchers and tokens is kind of annoying to me because it’s kind of difficult to do so. So I really hope you guys change the fact of rewarding us with more vouchers and tokens. During seasons, for completing orders, food trucks

I love this game and the visuals and animations are so cute and well done. The details show how much love and care is given. The gameplay is fun and there are always new things to decorate your restaurant. The season challenges and team challenges also add to the game that is fun and exciting. It’s a great game that I recommend! <3

I love the various events that we have monthly. However, I think events should involve only the foods exclusive to that particular event, there should be no food required from the main kitchen.

I used to play this game all the time when I was younger and it’s still super enjoyable!

Hours after event start the club chat just dies making it impossible to communicate with your club members. Been playing 3 years and I’ve never seen a glitch this bad. Numerous support emails go unanswered and this is unacceptable. It’s been like this over 8 hours now for thousands of players and just shows the level of concern and commitment the programmers have, none. Get your act together!
