Lost the ability to track updates

Let me start by saying love this app and its features. I'm grateful Ford provides these extras at no cost to the consumer, however the remote start has no cancel feature if accidentally enabled. I hope this issue can be resolved. It's especially easy on the widgets function, which is incredibly useful, but I occasionally find myself accidentally hitting the button.

Features always disabled, saying truck is in battery saving mode. Even after I just drove it.

I love all the info they have about my Escape and that I can start my car from my phone. It is nice that they can let you know if there is a problem with my Escape.

Doesn’t show vehicles location

Enjoying the app with my Mach-E. Previous versions wouldn’t allow adjustment of target charge from Energy tab, even though the slider was there. New version fixes that.

Very laggy and nothing seems to work as it’s supposed to.

PLEASE put the fuel gage back on the "range" display! Just by looking at the miles, I have no idea how much is left in my tank, for example, 3/4 tank, 1/2 tank, etc. The fuel gage is one of the app features I use the most. With as many miles as I drive, I like to have a visual of exactly where my fuel gauge currently sits, without having to go out to the car to look at it. Other than the major missing fuel gauge disappointment, I really like the new slide-to-start and single tap lock/unlock. Bot

Love the new design of the FordPass app very user-friendly and the Apple Watch is now works again in my previous review I said it didn’t work but now it started working again. I am very happy.😃

Everything works great in the App nice to have for the vehicle!

I used to be able to track where my expedition was going. But after a software update it quit showing real time where it is. I have to wait until it is parked.

Need details about all downloads to our vehicle and also be able to send feedback on the updates.

Running my car to try read car manual. Cannot find what button by emergency brake is. It has a circle on outside & a waving hand on inside. Is this the button warning people of a hazard with my car? Had trouble starting car from inside building. Salesperson worked on it & now navigation & radio messed up
