Very grateful for this app, living 4 stories up and it being freezing cold outside this app is a godsend!

I love the features the app has. Would like to see things like remotely putting up windows added.

I love this app makes owning this truck so much more enjoyable

So convenient to remote start my car if I don’t have my keys on me. You can customize settings (length of duration, frequent schedule, it tells you how much gas you have etc)

I’ve not had good experiences with this app. The lock/unlock/remote start and security features only have been working half of the time. Example: parked car at airport. It shows my correct location. Activated the Start Inhibit feature and left for three days. Came back. Location shows correct but wouldn’t unlock/turn off Start Inhibit/remote start. Had to punch in code manually. Which is not a big deal but I question if it’s really monitoring if I can’t access. I am paying extra for the securi

It’s life or death if your gear fails here in Alaska. It’s nice to rely on the Ford app to connect with your F-250.

Love being able to check everything and see all statuses!!!

Lost the ability to track updates

Let me start by saying love this app and its features. I'm grateful Ford provides these extras at no cost to the consumer, however the remote start has no cancel feature if accidentally enabled. I hope this issue can be resolved. It's especially easy on the widgets function, which is incredibly useful, but I occasionally find myself accidentally hitting the button.

Features always disabled, saying truck is in battery saving mode. Even after I just drove it.

I love all the info they have about my Escape and that I can start my car from my phone. It is nice that they can let you know if there is a problem with my Escape.

Doesn’t show vehicles location

Enjoying the app with my Mach-E. Previous versions wouldn’t allow adjustment of target charge from Energy tab, even though the slider was there. New version fixes that.

Very laggy and nothing seems to work as it’s supposed to.

PLEASE put the fuel gage back on the "range" display! Just by looking at the miles, I have no idea how much is left in my tank, for example, 3/4 tank, 1/2 tank, etc. The fuel gage is one of the app features I use the most. With as many miles as I drive, I like to have a visual of exactly where my fuel gauge currently sits, without having to go out to the car to look at it. Other than the major missing fuel gauge disappointment, I really like the new slide-to-start and single tap lock/unlock. Bot

Love the new design of the FordPass app very user-friendly and the Apple Watch is now works again in my previous review I said it didn’t work but now it started working again. I am very happy.😃

Everything works great in the App nice to have for the vehicle!

Remote start is spotty, I use drone as well and it is 10x more reliable. Once I parked downtown and tried track the vehicle, it showed as being home Doesn’t show clearly if the vehicle is locked or not. I might be wrong, but I think it also doesn’t show clearly if the vehicle is on

I used to be able to track where my expedition was going. But after a software update it quit showing real time where it is. I have to wait until it is parked.

Need details about all downloads to our vehicle and also be able to send feedback on the updates.

Running my car to try read car manual. Cannot find what button by emergency brake is. It has a circle on outside & a waving hand on inside. Is this the button warning people of a hazard with my car? Had trouble starting car from inside building. Salesperson worked on it & now navigation & radio messed up
