I can’t get into creative mode. And when I do it glitches me out of fortnite

Epic Games,My game is not crashing when I’m in the lobby but when I press play the bar says I loaded in it just ends up crashing it’s Been since this update In March

...then lag lag lag lag lag lag lag as if you’re moving in slow-mo or not at all...while other players are clearly moving at full speed. Have fun!
