Best card rogue-like on iOS!! Update: pretty sure this game has a Tony Todd Night of the Living Dead remake quote. Can I give this a hundred stars?

I am a huge fan of roguelite games and this one hits all the marks. Multiple resources, fun build around synergies, and enough diversity of characters to keep me coming back again and again. On top of that, it's a great ios game, no ads, no in app purchases, simple but meaningful controls, I love it.

Overall the game has good meat on its bones but the power ups you gain throughout the levels feel disconnected making a "build" feel more like luck than anything else. You can go half a run without selecting any power ups with synergy and the even having tons of money to buy entire stores at once won't help. That said, some may find it fun enough to skip what feels like a luck-based upgrade system every run.

In ios 26 the cards now glitch/rearrange every time you move. This is a great game but the bug needs fixing. Will update if it gets fixed.

A hidden gem of a mobile game. Can be played offline too. One complaint was that the new iPhone update made the game really buggy.

I hope there is more content planned. I think two ideas for other classes would be a shadow step type character that can leap over a card or another character that has a backstep, that can go back to a previous row. Lovely game and awesome work!

Clever mechanics and card/item synergies make for some interesting play. Each character requires different tactics, keeping it fresh. Successful runs take about 15 min, so good pickup-and-play.

I don’t usually write reviews but a reasonable priced, thoughtfully designed, and really fun game without microtransactions is worth a great review! I really loved this game, and there’s a surprising amount of depth to the card system, a variety of characters, and lots to discover! I hope the developer releases additional content: I’d love to shell out a few more dollars for an expansion :)

it did serve a purpose and was fun to unlock the characters and some challenges. but what’s annoying is that on the journey mode which has the potential to be so much fun. Zero explanation to what increasing and decreasing the values actually do in game. i’ve tried a mix of things and they are all impossible because not one thing makes sense. does increasing the quantity or the loot a good or bad thing? does increasing loot quality mean there’s less quality or more or rarity of items? does it m

If you’re a lover of Slay the Spire, Dawncaster, Inscryption, or MTG you’ll like this game. A few bugs need to be worked out (level skipping, blank screen) but the game itself is great and more than worth $1.99 I enjoyed unlocking the new characters, achievements, and challenges. Hopefully they drop some DLCs soon because it’s NOT ENOUGH.

It’s a low commitment game that was thought out quite well!! Been playing it for a number of weeks on and off. Again… very well thought. I like it. I do see there is likely going to be a cap here at some point. But it’s a loose cap, Unlike a full-blown campaign though with a clear end. Good play. Seems like a super fun game so I don’t want to one star it, but I also am getting the profile bug (where I can’t enter any text on the “create a profile” screen). Hope it gets fixed! Edit: fixed! Excited to play the game!

This is an updated review to reflect that an issue that I had was fixed and the game is both playable and fun as heck. Definitely recommended to all to enjoy.

Developer responded promptly to issue and created a new build. This is a fun rogue-lite card game.

Seems simple at first but quickly gets more complex.

A new bug on iOS 26 causes the cards to refresh when moving forward. Very distracting and basically unplayable now. iPhone 15 pro. Fun game when you can play it

But the powers you unlock are progressively worse, which discourages progression. It’s too luck based and not enough strategy and planning to be really be a rogue like.
