FOX23 Weather App Reviews

I used to really like the app, but the ads in the latest upgrade are pointless and make it hard to use when needed most, like in storms. The ads are too easy to open the internet when trying to close them. All I want is to get the daily weather and local radar! The older versions were much better. I’m thinking of deleting and trying another app. Some of the ads are very misleading. I just need the weather please.

I have a lot of weather apps but the FOX23 weather app is the most accurate of all the weather apps. I have family in Florida and this app provides the ability to see hurricane tracks and to see weather conditions in other cities. I would like the app to have the ability to see earthquakes that have happened.

Channel 5 is my “go-to” weather coverage!!! Y’all have very good folks that present the weather!

could you add the rain totals amounts to the web site? thanks this the best weather app .

I love this weather app for its alerts. I can adjust the settings in a situation when I need them turned off easily. The lightning, heavy rain and of course, severe weather alerts are so important to me; this app has been great!!

I absolutely LOVE how this App TALKS TO ME!! No matter where I am or what I’m doing I can ALWAYS count on the FOX 23 Weather App to keep me informed and safe! My VERY FAVORITE thing about it is that if I miss the Notification Alert I can ALWAYS HEAR THE VOICE start Talking to me letting me know EXACTLY what is happening NOW and what’s going on around me! This App is quite literally a LIFE SAVER! I don’t know what I’d do without it!

This is the best weather app ever if you are in any type of disaster just go to fox 23 news🔛🔝❤️

Don’t really need to blast multiple weather alert alarms at 4 am for a weather alert that starts 24 hrs later?

I love the app, plus getting to see the weather and whatever else is going on in different parts of the world. But I have one small problem. I was under a severe thunderstorm watch, and I remember seeing stuff about rain and hail and all that. But when I pressed play on the rain/hail thing it didn’t show any hail and just rain. We did end up getting hail, so i just wish it showed the hail on the radar so I would’ve been prepared.

Great accuracy!

You guys are the best! Keep me informed of severe weather and everything when it is good!

Way better than the weather channel. I was gonna give a score of 4 stars but it’s so much better than weather channel I gave it 5 stars

Simple, graphic, my first choice fir weather

This weather app is ok, sometimes I get a tornado warning from OKC (I live in the Tulsa area), not sure if that’s normal or not. I have the settings to give a audible warning for severe storms in my area. Sometimes they go off and sometimes they don’t, other than that it seems to be ok. It’s a lot easier to navigate in than some of the other weather apps so that’s a positive.

Better than WeatherBug

Not at my house! I love ❤️FOX WEATHER!

Been looking for an app that does not charge for future radar since Storm radar started wanting to charge for future radar This is it!!!! Great app all the way around!! Thank you!!!!

Let’s me know how to dress in the morning. With this crazy rollercoaster springtime weather!

I watch fox 23 at 9:00 and 10:00 pm i watch them in tv I like when is snow is coming in Bixby

Be aware in severe weather you still have to watch a advertisement before you can see the radar. It’s a little frustrating when you are trying to watch severe weather

Love you guys thanks for keeping my family and I safe all year long…Salute

What happened to being able to watch live weather during severe storms? I was not able to watch during the last storm. It was on the TV but not available on the app. Only thing that would play said it was from 5 months ago.

Good to know the weather on our way back to Oklahoma!! Very easy to maneuver the map to check out where we are and where we are headed. Pretty stormy looking here in Kansas!!’

Pop-up advertisements that interrupt live radar on a local weather app is disturbing

The Cox media team has put a lot of work into this Application. But for some reason the dally forecast is only updated once a month? Are we not in the 21 century? I guess we have to listen to Travis Myers to get the up to date for casting…
