Every time I press record video the app crashes

It’s so strange, yet so beautiful. It makes me appreciate math in a different way. I like it when math is represented via art.

Feature request: Allow the user to choose to disable phone screen dimming and just be always on

I see the developers still haven’t added a GIF option. I emailed them over a year ago about adding a GIF option in the video section, I guess my email fell on deaf ears. What a shame because that would take this app to another level. Dropping my rating down to 3 stars.

Even without Pro, there are endless patterns and many fractals and you can create awesome patterens! Definitely Recommend.

Cool but want reaction to external audio source

My old program is no longer compatible with Windows. I’m in progress to transition to Apple, starting with the phone (T-Mobile and Verizon make it easy). Frax was highly recommended, so I figured I’d try it out. I wish I could have made this switch sooner, I’m completely blown away with the capabilities in this program! Now the only limit is my old eyes… Can I transfer my Pro account to the iPad I’ll be getting?

I don’t know what misskristanrose is whining about, this app is amazing! The resolution options are great especially with the pro version and cloud rendering. I only wish there was an HD Gif option for high quality looped video renders. And more presets as well as a bunch more texture options. But all that aside this is still the best fractal app I’ve ever seen 5/5 stars!

The update is more fractals. Add new fractals like the Burning Ship fractal, the Celtic fractal I mean come on! Why only the Mandelbrot and Julius sets! I want more fractals NOW

I absolutely love this app. I run Frax Flow almost continuously on 2 separate iPads while listening to music and also project onto my “Fractal Wall” through a Miroir Projector. A must for Psychedelic Enthusiasts. You’ll be pleased!

Amazing app! I would spend hours playing around and creating a lot of rad art with Frax! I really like the capability to record videos but the issue I have is that it’s very poor quality when playing the videos back. I hope this gets resolved!

If you've been around in the multimedia circles since the 90s, you may recognize the name Kai Krause who brought us beautiful eye candy filters back then. It's great to see he's still at it. If you like eye candy, this is for you!

I’ve been playing with fractal-generator/visualizer apps on multiple platforms for literally decades. This is the best ever. Still, though, Hoping for iPhone X full screen support.

I can not click the save button on iPhone X to share or save a Frax. The menu button and save menu button are directly over each other. Other than that I love everything about the app

Not many apps stay installed on my phone. But this one is a must. Not only is it great for creating some cool art, but also my go to stress reliever. I can get lost in it for hours. Highly recommend.

Love this app, $5 for the pro version is fair. I’ve had issues with my iphone 12 pro max displaying a temperature warning screen twice now, both after about 15 minutes of use in app. Bummer considering how fun this app is

This used to be a fairly decent app which created some really interesting fractals but over time its reliability has been in constant decline. This version is terrible and simply crashes on any kind of save operation.
