Great app to use! easy to use

Have seen these for yrs. Seems most are given to the elderly. Christmas 25, daughter gave one. Yes I feel old 73, but this user friendly unit is GREAT. Thank you very much, Mike B

I have had mine for years. You can upload photos from anywhere as long as the frame is online. The picture quality is great and it’s so easy to use. You do not need a subscription, but there are options to upgrade.

Great app. My sister got one for our grandmother. I liked it to much I got one for our household and my moms birthday. You can share the frame and send pictures of the Grandkids and keep family in touch. My only complaint is they need to fix the editing of photos. Frame looks best horizontal, but most photos are taken with a phone up and down so they are too big on the screen. If they made a function in the adjust where you could crop/ zoom out a lot of the photos would look much better.

I love this frame the only thing I would love to see is the fly in pictures and when you set on collage mode I feel like you shouldn’t see a collage constantly. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5

Awesome gift for grandma

Almost everything works well except my main issue is the random display of images on the frame seems to get stuck on only a few images. How hard is it to make it so an image isn’t repeated until all of the images have been seen? Seems like this would be pretty easy. Also a glitch when selecting new images to upload, you have to quit and restart the app to see the newly added images.

We live the frame, and it worked great until later ios updates (16.3 maybe or later). Purchased for Christmas 2022, and worked great until summer 2023. Now the app crashes frequently, but I can usually send a couple of pictures before having to restart the app. We bought a bunch of frames for family members also, and have to restart the app to send out pictures. Would rate 5 stars if the app didn’t crash so frequently!

I love this app and frame. I got one for each of my families and they both love them so much! Being able to send them pictures on the fly is so much fun for me too. It’s easy to use and fits a fun way to keep in touch!

My mother is 89, we bought her frame for her birthday. She enjoys it so very much! All the family shares pics to it and she really looks forward to seeing new pictures everyday. It a gift that keeps giving!

My Daughter in Michigan has one . So easy to use, send her pic’s daily sometimes. We are in Louisiana!

Photos seem randomly sorted once added to the apps library (that is, not by file date or when they added). Also, the app freezes pretty often. Once a photo is selected, however, it does get to the frame quickly.

We absolutely LOVE our frameo!

I’m not a fan of requiring an app for every digital device these days, but it’s even worse to require friends to download the app just to send pictures to your frame. Why not use an email address like other frames? I do like that you can react to photos right from the frame and that it notifies the sender about your reaction. However, the notifications only appear if you open the app.

I am enjoying this gift from my son and daughter in law. The issue right now is the app freezes so I can’t add new ones. Any suggestions?

The product is extremely easy to use. I bought for my hubby's anniversary gift so he could have it on his desk at work. We both enjoyed putting photos on it.

After extensive research about digital frames, we chose one specifically with the Frameo app. This app doesn’t track personal data and is so easy to use. You can easily upload photos to your frame from anywhere using wi-fi. Many digital frames use email or a cloud service only - some you must pay for monthly. This app is free. After updates, photos aren’t black and it doesn’t reboot after uploading photos. Should mention on the app or instructions to perform a software update. Very user friendly and again, photos are good quality.

We put this app on a frame purchased for our mother in the nursing home and are very happy with it! It was so easy to load photos as well as add more - appreciate the video possibilities, too. Mom loves watching her family pictures, so much easier than looking at heavy photo albums. A bonus - customer support is so helpful with a quick response! Thank you!

I love Frameo since it stays up and running without a WiFi connection and my photos are stored on the frame and doesn’t access the Cloud like i have seen with some other frames. Frameo has lots of storage for the pics we have and we actually bought two more for us and three for each of our daughters. Live it

Should be able to edit (crop, zoom, aspect ratio) photo from app instead of only on the device.

The simple task of selecting the photos is very buggy.

Can not get the entire picture onto the screen!

I can’t believe how easy this is to set up….I’m waiting for the problems but haven’t had any yet…

Frame and pictures are cool- the app is pretty clunky in adding new pics is harder than it should be!

Tried frameo+ because it said can mange photos from the app. This is 100% wrong! Can’t move photos to albums, can’t add captions, can’t adjust photos. All you can do is upload more photos and backup. Super disappointed. They need a major app update. Basically an app front the 80’s - so out of date and missing basic features it’s a joke!
