I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato only. There was no tomato on my sandwich. It was just the chicken patty and lettuce. The french fries were cold and chewy. I am a patron of this store quite often and I must say this was the worst meal I have gotten from there.

I opened an account and the app gave me either a free burger or concrete! And I couldn’t be happier to use the app. It makes it easy to use and easy to make orders!

Freddy’s in bardstown

Patricia at the Bardstown location is an absolute sweetheart. She is very pleasant and courteous. The food is very good as I had the grilled cheese steak burger with cheese curds. The custard is amazingly great. Definitely will be back.

Please fix ur app

It’s bad enough everything on the menu is 20 dollars i can’t even place my order without it glitching

App does not work for removing ingredients

Clicking the minus button to remove ingredients such as mustard does not look to actually remove the ingredient, as the item in the cart still lists the ingredient as if it is present (and lists it in the same way as ingredients that are manually added). I have zero confidence that requested ingredients would actually be removed from my order.

App needs a makeover

I love this restaurant, but the app is poor. Ordering is just plain difficult and you never see a full summary of your changes. Also, when you try to add information from your receipt for your points, it shows a picture of your barcode, but has no ability to scan the barcode. That’s so last century. Please update the app and keep serving your amazing Food.

Broken Code

The app never loads the reward tab and the name under profile is not pulling the name information. Instead shows that it’s trying to load the API by saying Hello Firstname.API. App is buggy, and the framing isn’t right.
