Best driver with good manners
Fast, efficient and friendly service in London
We booked a ride to Croydon, about an hour’s drive from our hotel in Kensington. The driver was courteous and punctual, the ride was comfortable and spacious. The app was very easy to use and make payment and tip through. I would definitely recommend this app for securing a safe ride.
Awesome for last-min rides (dont try to schedule though)
Pretty much an on-call taxi service just like Uber! Works great when you need a taxi asap and makes payments/tipping easy. Only bad experience I've had was when I scheduled a ride and it was "confirmed" but when the day and time came, there was no one to pick me up and I had to call a different taxi. Useful app, just be careful!
Feel So Safe!
Being abroad some taxis are sketchy, won’t take bank cards, or don’t carry change… this app makes me feel like I have a private driver and the rates are fair, clear, and the drivers are fantastic!

Good technology but drivers scam you in fares
Great tech but as the fare is not connected to the meter in London cabs we often get overcharged. Customer service not responsive to this.

Not what I expected from Lyft
App is fine, but service was nowhere near as good as Lyft in the US. Used for several weeks in Spain and Germany and out of 10 rides maybe 5 were successful. A scheduled airport ride was cancelled last minute, and on demand rides rarely arrived in the estimated time.
False advertising
I had a notification from Lyft saying I’d get 50% off of if I download this and use it, it never happened. Deleting my account and the app and never using this one again.
MANIPULATIVE SCAMING PRACTICE
Vibes are off
One thing that is deficient about the app is the estimated times. They’re way off; almost fictional.
It has the vibe of a cheap duplicate.
No drivers taking rides
There are hardly any drivers in Poland and despite the app requesting specific drivers to take a ride, they don’t so it switches between the few of them forever while you get late for a plane, train or a business meeting nearby. Better take an Uber even if you’ve got to pay more
Switch to Gett or Uber
This app has only gotten worse. Awful with tipping. You can't set a percentage tip, only a flat amount -- so if I set £5 and it's a £10 fare I'm tipping 50%. If it's a £90 fare I'm tipping 5 1/2%. And you can't add tips in once the trip is more than an hour gone. Customer service is just internet links.
Over priced & not as estimated
My estimated price was 53-66 € and ended up paying 98€ for about 20km from NAP airport. Next day took the same trip and only paid 60€ with local cab.
