FP is my favorite place !

Very easy to shop and order through the app. Free shipping on most orders is a huge plus. One less star only b cause items purchased in store are not included in app account. I like to see all my history of purchases.

Best shop with most fun brands and various styles to fit your bohemian soul

I love free people but the app has glitches and lost 6 months of sales history making it difficult to return items if needed - it’s taken over two weeks and urbn hasn’t been able to fix it. Keep track of your sales!!!

What happened to 30 per cent off On the App ? The new staff told me and I’ve spent thousands. That people are taking Advantage That’s not the thing to tell Someone who spends. Plus I was sent discounts I did not know I had. No one told me. I only found out from a caring girl who I spoke with Shame shame. Anyway I hope someone Can do something I really don’t appreciate that I have to ask for a Discount it’s not clear how it works.pleez take care of that or don’t Very disappointed

One of the reasons I placed an order now was because FP OFFERED free express shipping… NOT THE CASE … there was no place to select ! FP IM about ready to give up on you!

Love the clothes from FP although marking them up more than their worth doesn’t actually make me purchase more often. Wish they could read the room and consider lowering some of these exaggerated price tags.

I don’t understand why the more money a company makes, the worse their services become. I request an exchange and not only they did not process it as an exchange, they refund me for the cheapest item I bought, when it was the most expensive item I returned. FP owes me $32 and they keep saying I will receive an email with an update. That was 4 conversations ago with each a week apart.

Don’t really like this website.
