Don’t really understand the negative reviews. Have taken about 10 trips now and had no issues. As long as you follow the in-app instructions you should be good to go. In DC the option to park virtually anywhere is so much better than ZipCar and the prices are pretty reasonable if you are using the car for a few hours-1 day. They also have a good promo running right now which got me a bunch of discounts on my recent trips.

Be careful if you drive somewhere you have bad or no cell service. It can take twenty minutes or more to lock or unlock the car with bad cell service, and you won’t be able to lock or unlock without service.

While my issue remains unresolved, I appreciated the timely response of my follow up email. The app needs to be more accommodative of user profiles, more interactive and can be improved on user friendliness.

Love this service! Better than ZipCar. Clean cars. There are multiple choices and always one available when I need it. Love this service. I have my independence without the hassle that comes with owning a car.

Bluetooth unlock system rarely works. Old app was much better.
