Average Performance

The last 2 lot I received from Optum Mail Order delivery has been problematic. When I used to buy this Libre Sensor2 at Costco, I didn’t have this issue Now the problem is - I need to tap Check Glucose button multiple times to start the scan Secondly it takes a very long time to give glucose readings Third, navigation between screens and different features all have become slow Hope the manufacturer fixes these issues test them properly before releasing to the market Thanks.

Helpful but needs work

I downloaded this after suddenly becoming a Type 1 diabetic due to a drug reaction and struggling with the finger sticks for checking my glucose. Conceptually it is a great idea and in general does an adequate job. However, it constantly is losing the signal, even when I have my phone in my hand. How does this happen so often? To be valuable it must be reliable.

The sensor is great. The app could use some work

I’m new to CGM and think it is fantastic. I love the control that more data gives me. My only issue so far is the app. I have never used any app with such bad responsiveness to clicks. Any navigation within the app takes four or five clicks to activate. It is really irritating to be trying to discretely take a reading and have to pound on my phone four times to get the reading screen. Same for the logs and the Home Screen. And sometimes it’s more like five or six. This should be such an

Glitchy Lately

The app is glitchy and lags lately. Not sure what happened.

App won’t scan

I’ve experienced issues in the past with lagging response but now the ‘scan sensor’ buttons will not work at all. Issue may have begin after a recent app update. I tried uninstalling the app and the issue persists. Not very reliable.

Terrible upgrade

Very disappointed with the upgrade to libre2, the two comments from two years ago are same things I’m experiencing with these sensors!! False reading, alarm going off constantly saying lost signal and I’m sitting right by my phone, keeps going off thru the night making the family alarmed and scared!! It has lost connection 3 times as I’m typing these!!!

Freestyle 2 lebra sensor

Almost never lasts more than 10 days. Scanning does not work well , takes multiple times to get it to work. It says scan error more times than not!!!

I phone SE quit scanning sensor. Phone and Libre2 app software are up to date. Have gone through 4 sensors with no success. Worked great for several months. But this has been several weeks now. Have called customer care with no solutions.

You need to do better

The fact that you know iPhone is not that compatible with you software really irritates me. I don’t have to scan multiple times to get reads or reconnect when I use the reader. You need to do something where the reader can connect to the iPhone after the 14 days to upload the information. I’m tired of unnecessary alarms and errors because of the incompatibility of your software and iPhone. Develop better software. You can do better.
