Used this app for my AP Physics lab, worked fantastically

It does work as a frequency meter but is somewhat limited. It doesn’t work on frequencies below 150 HZ . I tested it on 150HZ then 120 HZ. It showed a harmonic of 120 HZ. 99 cents would have been a fair price. Especially since it appropriated the fluke meter style to elicit confidence and imply compared results.

Seems to be inaccurate. Reads a constant 10 hz higher when trying to get an A440 tone from both a MIDI keyboard and an accordion both of which are tuned precisely to exactly 440 hz . Meter reads 430.33, unimpressed and regret not reading previous reviews before spending $3 on this app

I just need an app that accurately tells me the frequency of s tone played through a speaker. This one kind of does that, for the first note presented to it, but fails to change its output when the tone changes. It sort of works if I keep shutting it down and restarting it, but that’s not very convenient. Also, it would be nice to have some documentation as to what the controls are supposed to do and what the display is supposed to indicate.
